Abstract: A method for assembling a fluid product dispensing pump, including providing a piston (1) secured to an actuation rod (2); a pump body (3) having a pump chamber (5); a sleeve (50), an outlet valve element (39) an inlet valve element (10) which slides in a sleeve (9) of the pump body having a reduced diameter; and a spring (20). The method includes fixing the outlet valve element in the piston; inserting the piston and the outlet valve element into the sleeve; inserting from the top the spring and the inlet valve element into said sleeve; and inserting from the top the sleeve into the pump body.

Abstract: Dispensing devices are provided. Such devices utilize a combination of Flair® technology, pre-compression valves and aerosol-like pressurization of the dispensed liquid. An example dispensing device has, for example, a main body comprising a pressure chamber, the latter being provided with a pressure piston and a pressure spring. The device further has a piston and a piston chamber which draws liquid from a container and fills the pressure chamber with that liquid as a user operates a trigger in various compression and release strokes. The piston chamber has both an inlet valve and an outlet valve. Liquid exiting the piston chamber under pressure enters a central vertical channel which is in fluid communication with both the pressure chamber and a dome valve, with pre-defined opening pressure, provided near the outlet channel at the top of the dispensing head.

Abstract: A pump having a piston (1) sliding in a body (3) having a chamber (5) between an inlet valve (11) and an outlet valve (12), an outlet valve element sliding during actuation in the chamber (5), and a passage (40) wherein, at end of actuation, the outlet valve element (39) cooperates in a non-sealing manner with the passage to open the outlet valve. The inlet valve has an inlet valve element (10) that slides after closure in a sleeve (9) with reduced diameter and a spring (20) bearing on the inlet valve element and on a bottom of the sleeve. The spring (20) returns the piston into its rest position. The sleeve (9) has an inner diameter of less than 4.2 mm. The spring (20) has a force of at least 20 N, so that the pump delivers the fluid product at a pressure (P) of at least 15 bars.

Abstract: A spray pump comprising a small piston and an upper pump rod with a liquid accumulation cavity is provided. The upper pump rod is provided with a liquid discharge hole communicates with the liquid accumulation cavity, and the small piston is provided with a sealing column for sealing the liquid discharge hole. A central column is provided with an ejector rod extending into the liquid discharge hole, and a liquid flow gap is disposed between the ejector rod and the liquid discharge hole. A central hole communicates with the liquid discharge hole is disposed at a central part of the central column, and a press head with a lower part being fixed with the central column. A press plate is fixed with the upper pump rod, and a press gap is disposed between an upper side of the press plate and a lower side of the press head.
