摘要: A method for depth of field tracking and controlling of a pet companion robot device to interact with a pet includes the steps of: locating a target pet within a field of view of the camera; drawing a minimum target rectangle around the target pet, with sides of the minimum target rectangle parallel with the corresponding sides of the field of view of the camera; locating a center point P of the minimum target rectangle. When P is located in quadrangles I and II, adjusting the pet companion robot device to the right to make P overlap with the vertical center line of the field of view of the camera; and when P is located in quadrangles III and IV, adjusting the pet companion robot device to the left to make P overlap with the vertical center line of the field of view of the camera.

摘要: An apparatus for handling electronic components such as hard disk drives. In one aspect, the apparatus includes a main body defining an interior space with an open front; a drive system that propels and positions the apparatus along horizontal surface; a fan system mounted within the interior space and positioned to blow air down into the interior space; a first gripper apparatus that engages an equipment drawer of an electronics rack; and a second gripper apparatus that grips and removes a target electronic component from a target position located within the equipment drawer, wherein at least a back surface of the main body includes perforations so that sufficient air flow generated by the fan system flows through the perforations to maintain cooling of electronic components in the equipment drawer when the equipment drawer is in the extracted position.

摘要: A robot is described. The robot includes a camera device, a memory device, and a processor configured to execute instructions stored in the memory device. The instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive an input prompting the robot to navigate to a location in a venue for providing photo services with the camera device and cause the robot to navigate to the location. The instructions further cause the processor to capture, by the camera device, at least one photo at the location and provide access to a copy of the at least one photo to an authorized person.

The base unit may include two drive wheels disposed on a first side of the base unit, each being independently drivable. The two drive wheels may be arranged such that the two drive wheels have a track between 14″ and 18″. The base unit may also include a plurality of casters disposed on the first side of the base unit. The plurality of casters may be arranged such that each caster of the plurality of casters are radially offset from a track center of the plurality of casters by a distance between 7″ and 9″. The base unit may further include a housing sized so as to be circumscribed by a cylindrical reference volume having a diameter of between 16″ and 24″ and configured to provide an exterior surface of the base unit.
