    摘要: In checking tool rests for interference, interpolative simulations are executed by interpolation simulators (103, 104) one block at a time in successive fashion based on first and second NC programs (101, 102). In a case where the tool rests interfere with each other, the interpolative simulations are halted and both tool rests are moved backward to the beginning of the blocks in which the interference occurred. Thereafter, with the interpolative simulation based on one NC program being kept in the halted state, the interpolative simulation based on the other NC program is executed to move the other tool rest separately along a path in the interfering block. If interference does not occur during this separate movement, sequence numbers N, M of the firt and second NC programs in the blocks in which the interference occurred are stored in a storage area (301a). Thereafter, a similar interference check is performed. After the interference check, the first and second NC programs 101, 201 are revised by inserting a wait command ahead of the block of sequence number M in the NC program for which the interpolative simulation was halted, and inserting a wait command after the block of sequence number N in the NC program for which the interpolative simulation was executed.

    摘要: In an automatic programming system for a two-saddle NC turret lathe, shape definition and machining data for defining a machining condition for each machining step are input at each machining step together with a machining code indicating the machining from machining step input apparatus, and stored in a memory. A series of machining steps to be performed by each saddle is set in steps S1 to S9 by assigning, with a machining assigning/setting apparatus, either a machining code indicating the machining condition at each of the series of the machining steps or a wait command. Then, the machining program for each saddle is automatically created by program creating apparatus in accordance with the set data and stored data.

When the block contains an inter-path waiting code, the pre-read/analysis process is suspended, and whether or not a preset specified condition is met is judged. When the specified condition is met, inter-path waiting is started. When the inter-path waiting is established, code analysis data created before creation of execution data is discarded, and a pre-read/analysis process on the next block is immediately started.

    摘要: An apparatus and a method of synchronizing and interpolating axes of a multi-system are provide. According to the number M of operating systems, the apparatus analyzes a multi-axis process program of N axes to generate M system process programs, wherein, N≧M≧2. A synchronous code is added to the M system process programs. According to the specifications of the operating systems, a delay time compensation program is added to the M system process programs to ensure the synchronization of the systems therebetween. The characteristics of the controllers and the servos of the operation systems are adjusted to unify the characteristics of the systems. The M system process programs are outputted to the operating systems correspondingly.

The system has one program which controls the machining processes which are performed using the spindles. The same program also controls a process which transfers a workpiece between the spindles.     摘要: A process permitting a work to be machined alternately using two different spindles of a multi-spindle lathe is disclosed. A transfer process by which the work is transferred between spindles is further added to the automatic programming scheme. The automatic programming apparatus accepts the instructions and allows implementation through interpretation of the instructions and processing of data in the instruction and field and/or in a separate storage. Therefore, machining the work using two spindles and transferring the work enabled with a straightforward input that can be easily understood and through the use of a single program. Conventional machining can be effected without the programmer having to be constantly conscious of which head or spindle is being employed.
