摘要: A space optical coupling apparatus, including M first couplers, a phase adjustment apparatus, N beam splitters, M second couplers, a coupling apparatus, and a controller. The first coupler receives a beam, and couples the beam to the phase adjustment apparatus. The phase adjustment apparatus includes M phase adjusters, N beam splitters, and N detectors. Each beam splitter is configured to split a received beam into two beams, one sent to a corresponding detector and the other sent to a corresponding phase adjuster. The second coupler receives output light from the coupling apparatus, and transmits the output light into the space. The coupling apparatus is configured to couple a beam onto a single-mode fiber. The controller is configured to control, based on the beam intensity detected by the detector and the beam intensity on the single-mode fiber, the M phase adjusters to adjust the phases of the received beams.

摘要: A wavelength demultiplexer includes a photonic circuit and a control circuit that adjusts wavelength characteristics of the photonic circuit. The photonic circuit converts two orthogonal polarized waves contained in the incident light into two same polarized waves, which are supplied to a first optical demultiplexing circuit and a second optical demultiplexing circuit provided in the photonic circuit and having the same configuration. The photonic circuit supplies a total output power of monitor lights extracted from the same positions in the first optical demultiplexing circuit and the second optical demultiplexing circuit to the control circuit. The control circuit controls a first wavelength characteristic of the first optical demultiplexing circuit and a second wavelength characteristic of the second optical demultiplexing circuit based on the total output power of the monitor lights.

The detection device includes: an analyzer that performs sparse principal component analysis on the plurality of first spectral data items to generate a plurality of second spectral data items; and a detector that compares the third spectral data item with each of the plurality of second spectral data items, and detects the third optical signal based on the result of the comparison.

摘要: A method includes capturing images with an image sensor while switching the shutter speed of the image sensor between a first speed and a second, higher speed. When a captured subject is a barcode, a barcode image is obtained when the shutter speed is the first speed, and barcode information is obtained by decoding the barcode in the image. When a captured subject is a light source, a bright line image including bright lines corresponding to a plurality of exposure lines included in the image sensor is obtained when the shutter speed is the second speed, and a visible light signal is obtained as visible light information by decoding a pattern of the bright lines in the obtained bright line image. The method also includes displaying an image obtained through capturing performed when the shutter speed is the first speed.
