Abstract:
A painting system used in a painting method in which a plurality of colors of paint supplied from a paint supply device are mixed and toned with a mixing device and applied to a workpiece, the painting system comprising a storage unit that can store the paint that is mixed and toned with the mixing device, and a cleaning unit that can clean the mixing device. When applying the paint in the storage unit to the workpiece, the cleaning unit cleans the mixing device.
Abstract:
A method for operating a fluid additive control system to inject a fluid additive into a fluid dispensation system is provided. The method includes receiving a first control signal indicating that a fluid dispensation device within the fluid dispensation system is active, and determining a fluid additive quantity based upon the identity of the fluid dispensation device. The method also includes activating a fluid additive injection system, where the fluid additive dispensation system injects the fluid additive into the fluid dispensation system in response to the activation. The method further includes receiving a second control signal from the fluid additive injection system when the fluid additive quantity for the zone has been injected into the fluid dispensation system, and deactivating the fluid additive dispensation system in response to the second control signal.
Abstract:
A hose end sprayer has a sprayer lid and a container. The sprayer lid has a cap with a pair of bottle connectors formed of single-ended, fixed diameter, threaded sleeves of different radii mounted on the underside of the sprayer lid's cap. The connectors and a threaded adapter allow the sprayer lid to be connected with containers having mouths of different sizes, including containers in which liquid chemicals are sold. A liquid conduit extends across the cap between a hose inlet on one end and a spray nozzle on the other end, with a siphon tube intersecting the conduit within the periphery of the smaller of the bottle connectors, with mixture of pressurized carrier water entering the liquid conduit at the hose inlet with liquid chemical siphoned from the container through the siphon tube. The chemical/water admixture is expelled from the spray nozzle.
Abstract:
For transport of granulate from a granulation tank by means of liquid and air, an ejector is provided with a side inlet for granulate, a first end with a spray nozzle for pressurized transport liquid, and a second end with an inlet for pressurized gas. Downstream from the second end, an outlet spray nozzle for a three-phase flow of liquid, granulate, and gas is provided. A first conduit has a lower end connected with the outlet for transport of the three-phase flow. The ejector includes a tubular ejector housing with an internal wear liner and an outlet spray nozzle made from a durable material. The inlet for pressurized gas includes a ring-shaped chamber that surrounds the periphery of the ejector and is connected with the inside of the ejector through a ring-shaped slit that directs the pressurized gas towards the outlet of the ejector.
Abstract:
A chemical dispenser 10 that is attached directly to a sprinkler system which includes a reservoir 20 with an open top spout 22, a cap 26, a water inlet opening 34, a solution outlet opening 36 and a basket 38 positioned between the spout and the cap. A saddle clamp member 44 is integrally formed with the reservoir attached to a mains utility water line 46. A reservoir water inlet line 74 interfaces with the mains utility water line 46 on one end the water inlet opening of the reservoir on the other end. A solution discharge line 76, having an outlet nozzle 78, extends into the mains water inlet line and is connected through the clamp and to the reservoir. Water enters the reservoir through water inlet line and leaches a solid chemical placed within the basket to form an aqueous solution. The solution is then drawn through the discharge line by the pressure differential in the mains utility water line flow created by the restriction of the nozzle in the mains utility water line. A metering/shut-off valve 80 is connected within the solution discharge line to control fluid volume and for closure.

Abstract:
An atomizer includes: an enclosed reservoir defining an inner space adapted to receive a liquid therein; a jet nozzle provided in the inner space for passage of an air jet therethrough; a jacket sleeved around the jet nozzle to define a fluid-introducing gap therebetween, the fluid-introducing gap being in fluid communication with the inner space for passage of the liquid therethrough; a mist-discharging conduit extending sealingly into and in fluid communication with the inner space and aligned with the jacket in a jet-ejecting direction; and a compressible member connected to the mist-discharging conduit and the jacket and compressible in the jet-ejecting direction. The jacket, the compressible member, and the mist-discharging conduit are an integrally formed single piece.
Abstract:
A nozzle assembly for conveying a flow of particles of insulation material suspended in air to a substrate to form an insulation product on the substrate is provided, including: a nozzle body defining a flow path for accommodating the flow of particles of insulation material suspended in air, wherein the nozzle body comprises an inlet for receiving the flow of particles of insulation material suspended in air; an outlet for propelling the flow from the nozzle assembly; and at least one expansion section in which the cross-sectional area of the nozzle body expands in the direction of flow, the at least one expansion section being effective to reduce the velocity of the particles flowing therethrough; and at least one binder outlet for providing a binder to the flow of particles of insulation material propelled from the outlet.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a foam head (1) for a propellant container (2) with an inner and an outer crimped edge (3, 4) of a valve disk (5). Said foam head (1) comprises an actuating button (6) and a foam discharge port (7) and is embodied so as to sit directly on a valve stem (8). Abstract:
In a treatment liquid supply system that supplies treatment liquid used for coating industrial objects for film formation including a semiconductor substrate, a display substrate, a glass and the like, a nozzle connected to a treatment liquid tank vacuum-sucks and injects the treatment liquid from the treatment liquid tank due to a negative pressure occurring in the nozzle, wherein supply control of a small flow amount of the treatment liquid to the nozzle can be performed due to a difference pressure between pressure in the treatment liquid tank and the negative pressure occurring in the nozzle.
