The pouch is based on a front synthetic resin sheet and a rear synthetic resin sheet, has a notch marking the tear starting point at the openable portion, and has a series of multiple grooves for splitting disposed at a predetermined distance from one another along a straight line at the openable portion starting from the notch. The method includes producing a base film; producing the grooves for splitting; applying an adhesive to the surface protection layer and drying the layer; adhering the base film to the surface protection layer; sealing a large-area sheet; and cutting the sealed large-area sheet and forming the notch. The device includes first and second winding portions; an adhesive application portion; a chamber; a shaping apparatus; a laminating treatment portion; and a heat seal and cutting portion.

    摘要: Successive pouches severed from the leading end of a continuously moving strip of pouches are picked up by a series of spaced paddle assemblies and are turned from edgewise positions to broadwise positions. Each paddle assembly ducks into the pouch to pick up and turn the pouch and opens the pouch just prior to turning it to a broadwise position. Thereafter, the paddle assemblies release the pouches to carriers which advance the pouches through filling and closing stations. The carriers are more closely spaced than the paddle assemblies and are advanced at a slower rate than the paddle assemblies.

    摘要: A method and product relating to a thermal insulation package wherein a container made from laminated sheet material including an inner layer of kraft paper, an outer layer of aluminum foil and an intermediate layer of fiberglass webbing is provided; the three layers are adhesively secured together and the inner surface of the kraft paper is coated with a heat-activated adhesive; the sheet material is formed into a tubular section by overlapping opposite edges of the sheet material and heat sealing the edges together; the tubular section thus formed is subsequently cut into tubular sections of smaller length, the bottoms of each of the smaller sections are then heat sealed, the containers thus formed are filled with polystyrene pellets and a hydrate compound is added; the open end of each of the containers is then closed and heat-sealed to form the completed package.

    摘要: A locking case of foldable material into which any of a wide variety of articles can be encapsulated. My case is equipped with a mouth or opening, but instead of this opening leading directly into the interior of the case, it leads instead into an inlet of tortuous configuration, which serves to prevent loss or dislodgement of items that have been placed in the interior of the case by following a novel encapsulation procedure. This procedure involves the case being turned inside-out for a number of times in one direction, such as three times, and then after placement of the item adjacent one side of the case, the case is turned inside-out in the other direction until such time as a plurality of layers of the material are caused to be disposed on each side of the encapsulated item. Advantageously, no fasteners of any kind are involved in making the encapsulated item or items secure against dislodgment.

A dosing station includes a first device for dosing a first product along a dosing trajectory towards the opening and a second dosing device for dosing a second product. A transporting element positioned between the dosing devices includes a container for receiving the second product. The transporting element moves the container from a second product dosing position to a position for unloading the second product coinciding with the dosing trajectory from where the container discharges the dose of the second product into the bag.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for wrapping and sealing a flexible sheet over an insert (10) to produce a pack (100) for preparing a food or beverage product from one or more ingredients; the pack comprising an insert (10) and a container (20) made from the flexible sheet folded to store the one or more ingredients, the flexible sheet being arranged overwrapping and matching the shape of the insert (10) in its entirety except for the part of the insert (10) in direct communication with the inner volume of the container (20); the method comprising the following steps: —holding the insert (10) so that it is substantially perpendicular with respect to the flexible sheet; —moving the insert (10) towards the flexible sheet, until it touches a bottom sealing tool (210); —moving at least two side sealing tools (220, 230) towards the insert (10); —applying by the bottom sealing tool (210) and by the side sealing tools (220, 230) a certain required pressure and temperature to achieve a tight sealing of the flexible sheet over the entirety of the insert (10) except for the part of it in direct communication with the inner volume of the container (20). The invention further relates to a device (200) for wrapping and sealing a flexible sheet over an insert (10) to produce a pack (100) for preparing a food or beverage product from one or more ingredients.
