摘要： The invention relates to a system for securing a rail, including a guide plate for providing lateral support for the rail to be secured, a spring element supported on the guide plate and having at least one spring arm exerting an elastic retaining force on the base of the rail, and tensioning means for tensioning the spring element. Such a system allows an optimally secure support of the rail even in the case of a level ground having no indentations or stop shoulders, whilst being easy to handle and having only a small number of components to be mounted in each case, by providing a support angle which may be connected to the solid ground and which has a bearing surface against which the guide plate rests on the side facing away from the rail base. According to the invention the support angles are made from a plastic material, in order to facilitate assembly and improve the function of the support angles in practical use.

摘要： In a method of attaching a steel railway rail support (baseplate or sleeper) (2) to a ductile iron rail clip anchoring device (1) a boss (11), extending from the bottom of a body (10) of the anchoring device (1), is inserted into a hole (20) passing through the support (2) at a location on its surface (2a) at which the anchoring device (1) is to be attached until the anchoring device body (10) abuts the support surface (2a). The steel around the hole (20) in a region on the support surface (2b) opposite to that on which the. anchoring device body (10) is located is compressed while the anchoring device (1) is held in place, so that the compressed steel flows plastically against the boss (11) within the hole (12), until the force applied to the boss (11) brings about elongation thereof, whereby the boss (11) undergoes an elastic set which clamps the boss (11) to the support (2).

摘要： A rail brace assembly is adapted to buttress the head of a stock rail selected from one of two different stock rail groups mounted on the top surface of a brace plate. The assembly includes a stop block assembly also is affixed to the brace plate top surface. A rail brace moveable between a first brace position in which it buttresses the head of a rail from a first stock rail group and a second brace position in which it buttresses the head of a rail from a second stock rail group, has a pair of spaced side walls, a upwardly facing top surface, first rail group head and base fishing surface contact areas, second rail group head and base fishing surface contact areas, a first rail group brace plate contact surface and a second rail group brace plate contact surface. An elastic fastener cooperates with a clip housing to clamp the rail brace against the stock rail.

摘要： A steel rail clip assembly having a clip and a locating member is revealed. A locating slot is arranged at an outer edge of an insertion rod of the clip while the locating member includes an inner bushing and an outer bushing mounted to each other. The inner bushing includes a locating block arranged at an inner surface and corresponding to the locating slot of the insertion rod. A locking projecting part and a corresponding locking concave part are respectively disposed on the inner bushing and the outer bushing. Thereby the clip is located by the locating member and unable to be removed easily without special tools. The falling of the clip of the steel rail caused by vibration of trains or malicious damage, knocking on railways is avoided. Thus the safety of train traffic services is ensured and the risk of related property losses and injuries is reduced.

摘要： The present invention provides an isolator particularly adapted for use with a rail anchor utilized in an application where railroad rail is installed on concrete ties. The isolator protects the concrete tie from contact with the rail anchor caused by longitudinal movement of the rail due to train acceleration of deceleration or expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. In one embodiment, the isolator is comprised of a structural plastic material and includes a front face section and a rear face section. The front face section and rear face section each comprise a generally rectangular structure, having a top edge, bottom edge, and side edges. A center section joins the front face section and rear face section and forms part of the top of the isolator. In another embodiment, the front face section includes a top section and bottom section, with the top section having a lower edge projecting laterally at an acute angle from the bottom section. Similarly, the rear face section includes a top section and a bottom section, with the top section having a lower edge projecting laterally at an acute angle from the bottom section.
