摘要: A process for the production of a fibre-composite material, the process including the following steps: a) a fibre bundle is conducted over at least one deflection bar having radially circumferential rounded elevations, thus being expanded; b) the expanded fibre bundle is subsequently drawn into an impregnation chamber; c) a melt is applied to the expanded fibre bundle; and d) the fibre bundle impregnated with melt is drawn through a take-off die at the end of the apparatus, and a corresponding device, which achieves very good impregnation quality.

摘要: Provided is a curable silicone composition and uses thereof. The composition which has hot-melt properties, strongly adheres to poorly adhesive substrates, and is particularly superior in flexibility and toughness at high temperatures from room temperature to approximately 150° C. in cured products such as overmolding, in addition to providing a cured product that does not easily warp or become damaged even when integrally molded with a lead frame or the like. The composition comprises: (A) organopolysiloxane resin microparticles where 20 mol % or more of all siloxane units is siloxane units represented by RSiO3/2 where R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; (B) a silatrane derivative or a carbasilatrane derivative; (C) a curing agent; and (D) a functional inorganic filler. The content of component (D) is 50% or more by volume relative to the overall composition. The composition is solid at 25° C. and has hot-melt properties at a temperature of 200° C. or lower.

摘要: Provided is a curable silicone composition and uses thereof. The composition has hot-melt properties, strongly adheres to difficult-to-adhere to base materials, is particularly superior in flexibility and toughness at high temperatures from room temperature to about 150° C. in cured products such as overmolding, and provides a cured product that does not easily warp or become damaged even when integrally molded with a lead frame or the like. The composition comprises: (A1) an organopolysiloxane resin having no hot-melt properties as a whole molecule and contains 20 mol % or more of a siloxane unit represented by SiO4/2, (A2) a liquid chain organopolysiloxane having at least two curing-reactive functional groups in the molecule, (B) a silatrane derivative or carbasilatrane derivative, (C) a curing agent, and (D) a functional inorganic filler. The content of component (D) is at least 10% by volume. The composition has hot-melt properties at a temperature of 200° C. or lower.

The posture of the rotating shaft of the second motor is maintained constant at all times, and the second roll is moved in the shaft direction along the first roll, thereby adjusting the positions of both patterns on the first roll and the second roll along the shaft direction.

The method also includes extruding a polymeric base resin to form a polymeric base layer at a base layer formation temperature. The method further includes laminating the polymeric base layer and the color capping layer to form the liner at about the base layer formation temperature.

摘要: In an electrode sheet manufacturing device, in a state where an electric potential difference is generated between a gravure roll and a current collecting foil conveyed by a backup roll, a powder mixture made as powder of an electrode active material and powder of a binder are mixed without a solvent is continuously fed into a depressed portion on an outer peripheral surface of the gravure roll, and an electric potential difference is generated between the powder mixture fed into the depressed portion of the gravure roll, and the current collecting foil. Due to electrostatic force acting between the powder mixture and the current collecting foil, the powder mixture is moved from the gravure roll to a surface of the current collecting foil. Circumferential speed of the gravure roll is higher than circumferential speed of the backup roll.

The preforms may be deformed to flatten their upper surfaces and lengthen the arms. Stems of preforms have molded side surfaces and each have width, measured in the longitudinal direction of the strip, that narrows with distance from the strip surface, and also narrows with distance from a parting line extending from the strip surface to the head between the arms.
