摘要: The invention describes a flexible lighting strip comprising a multitude of light-emitting diodes arranged in at least two groups. Each group comprises at least two light-emitting diodes arranged in an electrical series connection. The at least two groups are arranged in parallel to an anode track and a cathode track. The at least two groups are arranged in a longitudinal arrangement such that a last light-emitting diode of a first group is arranged next to a first light-emitting diode of a second group. The anode track and the cathode track each consist of a wire line having substantially circular wires that are bent to receive compressive and/or tensile stress. The electrical circuit provides a third wire line having a substantially circular wire as a center line arranged between the outer lines. At least one light-emitting diode of every group is mounted on an interposer which contracts all three wire lines.

摘要: The invention describes a flexible lighting strip for use in a vehicle signaling light. The flexible lighting strip comprises a multitude of light-emitting diodes. The flexible lighting strip is arranged to be bended around at least two, more preferably three linear independent axes. Light-emitting diodes of at least a first group of the light-emitting diodes are inclined with respect to a longitudinal extension of the flexible lighting strip such that surface normals of light exit surfaces of the first group of the light-emitting diodes enclose a first angle of more than 0° with corresponding surface normals of a light emission surface of the flexible lighting strip. The invention further relates to a light assembly comprising such a flexible lighting strip. The invention finally relates to a vehicle signaling light comprising such a vehicle light assembly.

摘要: A lighting device and method for manufacturing the lighting device are provided. A substrate contains at least a first surface and a second surface opposing the first surface. Light-sensitive material is provided on the first surface and/or the second surface. The light-sensitive material is exposed to light by applying the light from a light source onto a mask having a periodic pattern of light-attenuating features with interspaced light-permeable features. The light forms a periodic distribution of high intensity regions with interspaced low intensity regions at the first surface and/or the second surface. A periodic structure is formed based on the exposed light-sensitive material and includes light-attenuating features and light-permeable features corresponding to the light-attenuating features and light-permeable features of the mask.

摘要: A vehicle headlamp system includes a vehicle supported power and control system including a data bus. A sensor module can be connected to the data bus to provide information related to environmental conditions or information relating to presence and position of other vehicles and pedestrians. A separate headlamp controller can be connected to the vehicle supported power and control system and the sensor module through the bus. The headlamp controller can include an image frame buffer that can refresh held images at greater than 30 Hz speed. An active LED pixel array can be connected to the headlamp controller to project light according to a pattern and intensity defined by the image held in the image frame buffer and a standby image buffer can be connected to the image frame buffer to hold a default image.

摘要: Multi-color flash with image post-processing that uses a camera device with a multi-color flash and implements post-processing to generate images is described. In one aspect, the multi-color flash with image post-processing may be implemented by a controller configured to control a camera and flashes of at least two different colors. The controller may be configured to cause the camera to acquire a first image of a scene while the scene is being illuminated with the first flash but not the second flash, then cause the camera to acquire a second image of the scene while the scene is being illuminated with the second flash but not the first flash, and generate a final image of the scene in post-processing based on a combination of the first image and the second image.

摘要: A method for applying at least one electronic component to a surface is described. The method includes placing a component stencil on a support. At least one electronic component is arranged in a corresponding opening of the component stencil with a top surface of the electronic component on the support. A contact material stencil is positioned on the component stencil such that at least one opening in the contact material stencil is over a corresponding contact region on the bottom surface of the at least one electronic component. A contact material is applied on the at least one contact region of the at least one electronic component within the corresponding opening of the contact material stencil. The contact material stencil is removed from the component stencil. The component stencil is removed from the support. The at least one electronic component is applied to the surface.

摘要: The present invention relates to a lighting device, in particular a headlamp for vehicles, at least comprising an array of light sources, consisting of first and second light sources being mounted within the same flat or curved plane, and a projecting optical system arranged to project light emitted by the light sources in a forward direction of the lighting device. At least one shifting element is arranged in front of said first light sources. The shifting element generates real or virtual emission positions of the light of said first light sources shifted towards or away from the projecting optical system with respect to emission positions of said second light sources. With the proposed lighting device, in addition to the main lighting function of illumination, a pattern or signature can be projected at one or several additional image planes. The lighting device thus e.g. allows the additional projection of branding or safety patterns.
