Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a power distribution method and apparatus, used for enabling simultaneous transmission by communication channels using TTI of different lengths by means of controlling the transmission power of the transmission channels respectively using TTI of different lengths to not surpass the permitted maximum transmission power of a device. The method comprises: determining the sum of the transmission powers of an uplink channel using a first TTI length for transmission and of an uplink channel using a second TTI length for transmission in a sub-frame; and when the sum surpasses the permitted maximum transmission power of a device, implementing power distribution according to a predetermined rule, such that the sum does not surpass the permitted maximum transmission power of the device.

Thus, polar code encoding on the information sequence to be encoded is implemented, and a new polar code encoding solution is provided.

According to the present application, when a plurality of user equipment use a PC5 interface to perform communication, the solution of controlling, on the PC5, the total resources used by a UE on the PC5 interface can be provided, thus better controlling the service quality on the PC5 interface, and making up for the shortcomings of the prior art.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a channel state information (CSI) feedback method, a precoding method, a terminal and a base station. The channel state information (CSI) feedback method disclosed in the present invention comprises: a terminal selects a channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) resource or a CSI-RS port on a convention subband from among a CSI-RS resource set as configured in a base station according to downlink channel information; the terminal measures a channel quality indicator (CQI) according to the selected CSI-RS resource or CSI-RS port and a precoding matrix set corresponding to the selected CSI-RS resource or CSI-RS port, wherein the precoding matrix set includes one or more preceding matrices, and a physical resource on the convention subband corresponds to a precoding matrix in the precoding matrix set; and the terminal feeds back the CQI and indication information of the selected CSI-RS resource or CSI-RS port. According to the present invention, the matching degree between CSI and channel state may be improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of radio frequency communications, and in particular, to a random access method and equipment. The invention resolves an issue of being unable to apply a random access process to a situation having strict latency requirement, owing to a longer latency during the random access process. In one embodiment of the invention, the method comprises: transmitting, by a user equipment (UE) and according to a resource in a resource pool dedicated to a contention-based random access procedure, UE identification information to a neighborhood; and if receiving a contention resolution message from the neighborhood, determining, by the UE and according to the contention resolution message, whether the contention-based random access procedure is successful. The random access procedure disclosed by present invention further comprises: determining, by the UE and according to second resource information, a resource dedicated to uplink transmission in a target neighborhood; and accessing, according to the resource dedicated to uplink transmission, into the target neighborhood. The embodiments of the invention decreases timing latency of the random access procedure by reducing interaction steps during the random access procedure, and as a consequence, the embodiments can be applied to the situation having the strict latency requirement.

Abstract: Provided are a method and device for performing data transmission capable of solving a problem in the prior art in which if a user equipment unit needs to perform transmission with a network, the user equipment unit needs to perform a cell switching process to enter another cell, and this results in higher signaling overheads for a terminal. In an embodiment of the invention, a new connected state is different from an idle state and a connected state. In the new connected state, a terminal can perform data transmission with a network side device. Moreover, after the terminal has moved to a coverage of another cell from a coverage of a cell currently accessed by it, the terminal can move to the new cell by means of cell reselection without performing a cell switching process.

Abstract: Disclosed are channel state information feedback and data transmission method and apparatus. The method comprises: determining a first codebook on a base station side, the first codebook being a set composed of precoding matrixes; determining a first codebook on a terminal side, the first codebook being a set composed of precoding matrixes; calculating channel state information according to the first codebooks; and feeding back the channel state information to a base station. Data transmission is performed on the terminal on the base station side, and in the data transmission process, some or all of the precoding matrixes in the first codebooks are utilized to perform processing, over a resource allocated to a terminal, on data to be transmitted. By using the present application, precoding matrixes needed for open-loop AMMO calculation can be determined, traversing of whole space is avoided, difficulties in system design and implementation are reduced, and the system performance is improved.
