    摘要: The present disclosure discloses an LED filament, comprising a plurality of LED chips; at least two electrodes, each of the at least two electrodes is connected to at least one of the plurality of LED chips; and a light conversion layer comprising a top layer and a base layer, coated on at least two sides of the at least two electrodes, and a portion of the at least two electrodes is exposed by the light conversion layer, where the top layer and the base layer are located at two sides of the plurality of LED chips, respectively, wherein the base layer comprising an organosilicon-modified polyimide, a thermal curing agent and fluorescent powders. The present disclosure further discloses an LED light bulb. The base layer of the present disclosure has superior transmittance, heat resistance and mechanical strength, and is suitable for producing a flexible LED filament.

    摘要: An LED lamp includes: a lamp shell having a circular cross-section along a central axis of the lamp shell comprising a lamp neck and a sleeve; a heat sink comprising a plurality of fins, sleeving over the sleeve and connecting to the lamp neck; a power source comprising a power board and a plurality of electronic components mounted thereon disposed in the lamp neck and the sleeve; a light board comprising an opening at center portion and disposed at second end of the heat sink and physically and thermally connecting to the heat sink; a plurality of LED chips mounted on the light board and electrically connecting to the power source; and a lamp cover disposed at the second end of the heat sink and covering the plurality of LED chips; wherein the sleeve and the opening of the light board defines a first heat dissipating channel, the plurality of fins and the opening of the light board defines a second heat dissipating channel, the first heat dissipating channel and the second heat dissipating channel share the opening of the light board, and the power source is disposed in the first heat dissipating channel.
