Abstract:
A combined touch sensor and light-emitting-diode (LED) driver comprises a touch sensor circuit configured to detect a touch, where the touch sensor circuit is coupled to a common node and configured to operate with a first operating voltage, an LED driver circuit configured to drive an LED if the LED is coupled to the common node, where the LED driver circuit is also coupled to the common node and configured to operate with a second operating voltage is higher than the first operating voltage, and an n-type field effect transistor (FET) connected in series between the common node and the touch sensor. The n-type FET prevents the higher operating voltage of the LED driver from affecting the operation of the touch sensor, when a port of the combined touch sensor and LED driver IC is used to drive an LED. The touch sensor may be a capacitance-to-digital converter.
Abstract:
An electrolyte includes an eutectic mixture composed of (a) a hetero cyclic compound having a predetermined chemistry figure, and (b) an ionizable lithium salt. An electrochemical device having the electrolyte. The eutectic mixture included in the electrolyte exhibits inherent characteristics of an eutectic mixture such as excellent thermal stability and excellent chemical stability, thereby improving the problems such as evaporation, ignition and side reaction of an electrolyte caused by the usage of existing organic solvents.
Abstract:
A non-volatile memory device may operate by writing a portion of a new codeword to an address in the device that stores an old codeword, as part of a write operation. An interruption of the write operation can be detected before completion, which indicates that the address stores the portion of the new codeword and a portion of the old codeword. The portion of the old codeword can be combined with the portion of the new codeword to provide an updated codeword. Error correction bits can be generated using the updated codeword and the error correction bits can be written to the address.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides channel sensing in an efficient manner in a cognitive radio MAC protocol and improves channel utilization. Proposed is an Adaptive Channel Sensing (ACS) for variably sensing a channel in accordance with a Fixed Channel Sensing (FCS) and a channel state so as to perform the channel sensing in an efficient manner while reducing the power consumption of a terminal Further proposed is a self-scheduling mechanism which enables multiple terminals to simultaneously transceive data by means of a slot-based contention on the basis of the results of the FCS and ACS, which are proposed by the present disclosure.
