    摘要: A thin film transistor array panel comprises a plurality of gate lines formed on an insulating substrate; a repair line formed on the insulating substrate; a gate insulating layer formed on the gate lines and the repair line; a plurality of data lines formed on the gate insulating layer; an electricity dissipation line formed on the gate insulating layer crossing the gate lines and the repair line; and a first diode connecting the repair line and the electricity dissipation line. When static electricity is introduced through the repair lines, the static electricity is transferred to the electricity dissipation line and is dispersed or exhausted before it reaches to the data lines. As a result, the TFTs and wires in the display area are prevented from being destroyed by the static electricity.

    摘要: An array substrate includes a gate line, a data line, a plurality of common electrodes, a shield electrode, and a pixel electrode. The gate line is extended along a first direction, and the data line is extended along a second direction. The common electrodes are formed in a plurality of pixel areas. The common electrodes are spaced apart from each other. The shield electrode is formed below the data line and formed between the common electrodes formed in the pixel areas adjacent to each other. The pixel electrode is overlapped with the common electrodes. The pixel electrode has a plurality of openings formed thereon. Therefore, an electric field of a common electrode pattern may prevent coupling between a pixel electrode and a data line, so that a distance between the pixel electrode and the data line may be minimized, and thus an aperture ratio and light transmittance may be enhanced.

    摘要: A display apparatus includes a display panel including gate and data lines disposed thereon, and a plurality of driver integrated circuits (“ICs”) on the display panel and electrically connected to data lines. Flexible printed circuit boards (“FPCBs”) are disposed on the display panel and a printed circuit board to apply the control signal and the image signal from the printed circuit board to the driver ICs. There are less FPCBs than driver ICs. The driver ICs are divided into first and second driver groups; the data lines are divided into first and second groups of data lines. Driver ICs of the first driver group are directly connected to corresponding FPCBs, and driver ICs of the second driver group are connected to adjacent driver ICs. Each driver integrated circuit of the first driver group outputs a first repair signal to repair a data line of the first group of data lines.
