    摘要: A turbine assembly for use with a rotary atomizer rotates an atomizer bell for atomizing paint. A turbine housing is disposed within the rotary atomizer. A locking element is received by the turbine housing. A rotary shaft is rotatably supported within the turbine housing and has a distal end adapted to receive the atomizer bell. The distal end extends outwardly from the turbine housing. The rotary shaft has a proximal end adapted to receive the locking element. The locking element is moveable between a neutral position and a locking position for locking the rotary shaft in a non-rotatable position.

    摘要: The rotary atomizer described has a multiple-piece channel body, which is arranged coaxial to the rotational axis, for supplying coating material and flushing fluid to the bell plate and has three axial holes uniformly distributed eccentrically about the rotational axis. The first hole leads to a central nozzle and is connected to the second hole in the channel body, while the third hole is part of a channel that leads to an eccentric outlet flowing in the vicinity of the nozzle opening. A separate control valve is provided for each of the three channels.

    摘要: The invention relates to a gear wheel pump with two meshing gear wheels which are rotatably mounted within a pump housing by means of a driven driveshaft and a crankshaft journal and which form a pumping channel system between a pump inlet and a pump outlet. Several gaps are formed between the pump housing, the gear wheels, the driveshaft, and the crankshaft journal. One of the gaps between the driveshaft and one of the gear wheels contains means for the rotationally fixed connection of the driveshaft to the gear wheel. In order to prevent leakages penetrating to the connecting means, according to the invention the gap between the driveshaft and the gear wheel is sealed, with respect to the front faces of the gear wheel, by means of a sealant.
