    摘要: A coating system for coating objects, wherein a coating material can be dispensed by an application device with a dispensing arrangement. A supply system having at least first and second feed containers for coating material are connected via first and second supply lines and first and second material valves, respectively, to the dispensing arrangement. Also provided is a cleaning system having at least one first cleaning line and a second cleaning line, to which rinsing agent can be fed via a first rinsing agent feed line and a second rinsing agent feed line, respectively. The first and second cleaning lines are connected via first and second cleaning valves to the first and supply lines, respectively. The first cleaning line and the second cleaning line are connected via a connection line at connection points disposed in front of each cleaning valve relative to the flow direction towards the dispensing arrangement.

    摘要: The invention relates to a screen insert (70) for a powder container (24) of a powder supplying device, the screen insert (70) having a screen unit (71) for screening coating powder and an ultrasonic transducer (72) for generating ultrasonic vibrations. The screen unit (71) is connected to the ultrasonic transducer (72) in such a way that the ultrasonic vibrations generated by the ultrasonic transducer (72) can be transferred to the screen unit (71). To allow a particularly compact construction of the screen insert (70) to be achieved, according to the invention a screen carrier (73) which can be placed onto the powder container (24) is provided, for holding the ultrasonic transducer (72), with the screen unit (71) connected thereto, in such a way that the screen unit (71) is arranged below the screen carrier (73), so that the screen unit (71) is inside a powder chamber (22), formed by the powder container (24), when the screen carrier (73) has been placed onto the powder container (24).

The capsule realizes uniform spraying of the functional material despite variation in temperature inside the air conditioner.

    摘要: An apparatus for chemical separations includes a microfluidic substrate having an outlet aperture for outputting an eluent of a sample. An emitter assembly includes having a deformable end portion, an inlet near the deformable end portion to receive the sample eluent from the microfluidic substrate, and an electrically conductive outlet portion to emit a spray of the sample eluent. A force-applying unit applies a force to the emitter assembly that urges the deformable end portion into contact with the microfluidic substrate. The deformable end portion is more elastic than the microfluidic substrate so that the contact between the microfluidic substrate and the deformable end portion produces a substantially fluid-tight seal between the outlet aperture of the microfluidic substrate and the inlet of the emitter assembly.

    摘要: Described is a chromatography column assembly that includes a permanently deformable outer tube, an intermediate tube, an inner tube and a sorbent bed disposed within the inner tube. The sorbent bed may be in the form of packed chromatographic particles or a porous monolithic structure. A radial seal is provided by one or more uniform radial crimps at longitudinal locations on the assembly. The uniform radial crimp compresses the outer tube and underlying intermediate tube onto the inner tube to achieve a high pressure liquid tight seal between the three tubes. The length and depth of each crimp is accurately formed to accommodate the requirements of the particular application. Leakage along the tubing assembly is prevented and void volume is reduced or eliminated. No external ferrule or ferrule swaging mechanism is needed; therefore the chromatography column assembly is easily adapted for use in various chromatographic column configurations.
