    摘要: A solenoid valve for use with a slip-controlled brake system has an annular piston with a switchable diaphragm in order to lower the valve noises. The annular piston moves, in response to differential pressure, between a first position at which a pressurized medium flow path parallel to the diaphragm exists and a second position at which pressurized medium flows exclusively through the diaphragm. A pressurized agent channel, arranged upstream of the valve seat, has a portion having a reduced cross section relative to the valve seat, into which a channel branch of small nominal diameter opens. With this design, the pressure energy of the pressurized medium column flowing into the solenoid valve is converted into kinetic energy, which initiates a pressure gradient in the channel branch and prevents premature switching of the annular piston into the diaphragm position during slip-free normal braking.

    摘要: This invention relates to a solenoid valve where a volume governor which governs the hydraulic flow is inserted coaxially to the valve closure member into the valve accommodating body of the valve. The volume governor is integrated by way of series connection between the first pressure medium connection, emanating from a pressure medium source, and the valve closure member. A reduction of the valve operating noises is ensured with a smallest-requirement-answering structural size, thus the control noises being prevented from propagating over the entire connected system.

    摘要: In an anti-lock brake system, a differential pressure limiter (8) is connected in front of the inlet valve (6). This causes a defined pressure gradient to always prevail at the inlet valve (6), what appreciably reduces the noise emission of the valve during an anti-lock braking operation. Since the inlet valve (6) has a slight throttling effect in its opened position, it may occur that on brake operation with cold brake fluid a pressure gradient is generated at the inlet valve (6) which results in the differential pressure limiter closing. It is therefore suggested to arrange a bimetal spring (20) in parallel to the control spring (15) of the differential pressure limiter (8), which bimetal spring expands at low temperatures and cases a force in addition to the spring force of the control spring (15) to act on the control piston.

The core (53) of the Bowden cable (54) is connected with the diaphragm plate (52) of the vacuum brake power booster. The core (53) moves the trigger cam (64). The switch (18) is actuated by the movement of the trigger cam (64).

    摘要: A vacuum-operated brake power booster is provided having a movable wall which is sealed off relative to the vacuum housing and a control valve body which is slidable jointly with the movable wall. A hollow cylinder-shaped expanded plastic ring is arranged in the annular clearance between the neck portion of the pedal side housing shell and the collar of the diaphragm, which collar sealingly surrounds the control valve body. The expanded plastic ring effects the air flow during brake operation such that the air flow, enters the annular clearance through the duct extending in a radial direction within the control valve body and is suitably deflected and cushioned so that no noises arise at this point. In the same manner and simultaneously, vibrations, especially those of the neck portion of the housing shell of the vacuum housing, are suppressed, since the expanded plastic ring adheres to the inside wall of the housing shell.
