Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a drive method for driving a touch apparatus. The touch apparatus includes a plurality of touch electrodes. In the drive method, a touch detection signal is applied to the plurality of touch electrodes within a first time interval. A tactile feedback signal is applied to the plurality of touch electrodes within a second time interval. The first time interval and the second time interval are alternated but not overlapped. The present disclosure further discloses a touch apparatus and a touch display apparatus.

Abstract: A microfluidic system includes a liquid drop accommodation space, an array of photosensitivity detection circuits and an array of driving circuits between an upper substrate and a lower substrate. Each photosensitivity detection circuit includes a photosensitive transistor and a first gating transistor. The photosensitive transistor has a gate electrode coupled to a first scan signal line, a source electrode coupled to a first power supply voltage signal line, and a drain electrode coupled to a source electrode of the first gating transistor. The first gating transistor has a gate electrode coupled to a second scan signal line, and a drain electrode coupled to a read signal line. Each driving circuit includes a driving transistor and a driving electrode. Abstract: There are disclosed a system and method for touch and interaction in a three-dimension display, and after a three-dimension touch and interaction mode is enabled, a relative location relationship between a touch position of an operator and a display panel is determined according to transmitting time of ultrasonic signals transmitted by at least two ultrasonic transmitters and receiving time when ultrasonic signals reflected at the touch position of the operator are received by at least two ultrasonic sensors; and then the ultrasonic transmitters are controlled to transmit ultrasonic signals at preset power to the touch position of the operator according to a three-dimension object currently displayed on the display panel and the relative location relationship between the touch position of the operator and the display panel to make feedback for a touch operation at the touch position of the operator.

Abstract: An identity recognition device, and an substrate and an identity recognition circuit are disclosed. In the substrate, a plurality of second recognition output lines are added to be arranged in pairs with first recognition output lines. During the identity recognition time period, the signal interference in the electric signal outputted by the first recognition output line can be removed by utilizing the similar noise signal received by the second recognition output line, in such a way to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and detection precision of the identity recognition signal.
