摘要： A laser induced thermal imaging apparatus, and a laser induced thermal imaging method and a method of fabricating an organic light emitting display using the apparatus are provided. The laser induced thermal imaging apparatus includes a chuck for fixing an acceptor substrate. A lamination unit for laminating a donor film on the acceptor substrate is located on the chuck. The lamination unit includes a body having a cavity, a gas injection port for injecting a compression gas into the cavity and a gas discharge port for discharging the gas injected into the cavity onto the substrate. A laser irradiator for irradiating a laser beam on the laminated donor film through the lamination unit is located on the lamination unit.

摘要： Provided is an antenna apparatus for a portable terminal including a first antenna pattern, and a second antenna pattern formed to correspond to the first antenna pattern, so that the second antenna provides a capacitive coupling along with the first pattern, thereby configuring a divergent type antenna with the second antenna pattern. The antenna apparatus configured in this manner comprises a pair of meander line antennas, whereby the antenna apparatus can efficiently suppress the generation of noise while being easily housed within the terminal. Furthermore, the antenna apparatus has an advantage of easily enhancing a specific absorption ratio (SAR) induced in a human body, which is an important factor for defining the function and quality of an antenna apparatus.

摘要： A method of fabricating an organic light emitting display is provided. The method includes repeatedly scanning a laser beam over a predetermined region of a donor substrate with multi-lines in one step using a galvanometer to form an organic layer pattern. The method of the present invention is capable of reducing process time required to form the organic layer pattern and lowering manufacturing cost by repeating multi-line scanning in one step through the laser beam using the galvanometer, when the organic layer pattern is formed using an LITI method.

摘要： A decision feedback equalizing apparatus selectively using a feedback filter and a method thereof are provided. The apparatus includes: an equalizing unit including a feed forward filter (FFF) for correcting a distorted transmission channel by receiving a match-filtered signal and a feedback filter (FBF) for reducing inter symbol interference ISI of the corrected transmission channel for driving only the FFF in a blind mode and driving the FFF and the FBF in a decision directed mode; a diverge/converge determining unit for determining whether the decision feedback equalizing apparatus is diverged or converged using a unit square error obtained through a least unit square algorithm; and a filter controlling unit for controlling the equalizing unit in a blind mode if the decision feedback equalizing apparatus is determined as divergence, and for controlling the equalizing unit in a decision directed mode if the decision feedback equalizing apparatus is determined as convergence.
