摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a vibration damping apparatus having 6 degrees of freedom using a magnetic circuit. Vibration transfer can be isolated by a vibration damping mechanism to set the spring constant utilizing a relative displacement of a movable magnet 37 to a stationary magnet 27 in an axial direction, and an elastic force of a metal spring 50 substantially to be zero. The displacement is quickly restored to an original position by a rubber 24a and the metal spring 50 composing a device to restore the displacement due to vibration not only in an axial direction (Z axis direction) but also in a horizontal direction (X or Y axis direction), in a rotational direction around each axis, or in a twisting direction which is an overlapping direction of these directions and is damped as a vibration in an axial direction. Accordingly, a vibration having 6 degrees of freedom can be controlled with a simple structure.

摘要: A vehicle seat including: an intermediate leg portion provided between front and rear leg portions, one end portion of the rear leg portion is connected to the intermediate leg portion and provided diagonally; a connecting frame formed by connecting two short frames to each other provided between lower end portions of the front and rear leg portions, opposing end portions of the two short frames and a lower end portion of the intermediate leg portion are connected. If impact energy larger than a predetermined level is applied, a couple force acts in a direction where a connection portion between the opposing end portions of the two short frames and the lower end portion of the intermediate leg portion is pressed downward, which rotates the diagonally provided rear leg portion diagonally lower front around the lower end portion thereof, to improve impact absorbing efficiency.

摘要: To expand a body weight adjustment range and achieve thinning. An initial position adjusting member 15 which can adjust initial resilient forces of two torsion bars 31, 41 is provided. Therefore, a body weight adjustment range is expanded as compared with a conventional configuration where a resilient force of only one torsion bar is adjusted. Since a moving magnet unit 52 is provided such that a moving direction of a moving body coincides with an approximately perpendicular direction to a mutual displacement direction of an upper frame 10 relative to a lower frame 20, the thickness (height) of a fixed magnet unit 51 is made thin as compared with a case where the moving magnet unit is provided such that the moving direction of the moving body coincides with approximately the same direction as the mutual displacement direction of the upper frame relative to the lower frame, so that the thickness of the whole seat suspension at a position at which the upper frame 10 has come closest to the lower frame 20 (a lower limit position) can be made thin.

摘要: A vehicle seat is provided with a pair of left and right seatback side frames comprising a seatback frame. The seatback frame is connected to the rear end of a seat portion frame via a reclining mechanism. The vehicle seat is further provided with a torsion bar that is an elastic body between the reclining mechanism and the seatback frame. When the seatback frame displaces and falls forward relative to the seat portion frame, the torsion bar deforms and resists the displacement of the seatback frame. The torsion bar is arranged at the upper region of the seat occupant's pelvis.

摘要: The structure is formed by serially connecting a torsion bar and a coil spring via a arm and a supporting frame to thereby elastically support a flat-type supporting member, and by disposing a cushioning member for seat cushion provided with a spring characteristic closely analogous to a load-to-deflection characteristic (spring characteristic) of the muscle of a human body above the flat-type supporting member. Accordingly, it is possible to make a spring characteristic for working when supporting a load of a human different from a spring characteristic for working when removing vibration even with an extremely simple structure. In other words, the structure has an excellent function to make the spring constant at work when removing vibration, especially when removing a high frequency component.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to suppress rebound of a human body when receiving a large impact load accompanying a collision or the like. A back frame member 20 and a seat frame member 10 are individually formed by welding or caulking, and a link member 30 for connecting both is attached to the back frame member 20 and the seat frame member 10 by welding or caulking. Each of the frame members is provided with a cushioning member as a tension structure. Upon receipt of an impact vibration or an impact force at a predetermined magnitude or more, the tension of the cushioning member provided as the tension structure lowers to be able to exhibit high damping characteristics.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to improve the production efficiency by making its bonding process unnecessary to simplify the production process. The method of production comprises the step of integrally incorporating a magnetic material when the stationary holders 21 and 22 of the stationary member and the movable holder 31 of the movable member 30 are molded with a non-magnetic material such as a plastic material and the like. Therefore, a magnet unit in which the stationary magnets 23 and 24 or the movable magnet 32 is integrally incorporated into the stationary holders 21 and 22 or the movable holder 31 can be provided only by giving magnetization treatment on the magnetic material without using a bonding process.
