    摘要: A plasma generating method generates plasma in a treating chamber by controlling a high-frequency generating unit to generate a high-frequency signal and by feeding the high-frequency signal to the treating chamber through an impedance matching device. The plasma generating method includes controlling the impedance matching device, when the plasma is generated in the treating chamber, so as to satisfy a preset matching condition, and then controlling the high-frequency generating unit to generate and feed the high-frequency signal of the power generating the plasma, to the treating chamber.

    摘要: The amount of fastening caused by clamping an ear part 4 is confirmed with a simple structure. A boot band consists comprises: a band 1 that is wound—on a member to be fastened to another member—in such a ring shape that the band's overlapping part 2 overlaps the band's overlapped part 6; an ear part 4 that rises on the overlapping part 2 so as to fasten the band 1 by causing plastic deformation in the longitudinal direction of the band 1; a visual-monitoring means 13 for making it possible to monitor the overlapped part 6 from the outside of the overlapping part 2; and a marker means 14 and 15, which are provided on the overlapping part 2 and the overlapped part 6 so as to correspond to the visual-monitoring means 13 so as to monitor the amount of fastening of the band 1 based on the deformation of the ear part 4.

    摘要: A facilitated tightening device allowing a bolt to be inserted smoothly by preventing a screw block engaged with the bolt from being inclined or falling down, comprising a base having a bolt-insertion hole partly forming a bolt-receiving face and a slope portion gradually decreasing in diameter toward the insertion side of the bolt in a manner so as to match the bolt-insertion hole formed therein, a running screw slid along the slope portion as a result of the axial movement of the inserted bolt to be engaged with the bolt, a spring piece that presses the running screw in the downward, in the diameter-reducing direction of the running screw, and guide projections that engage with the running screw so as to prevent the screw block from falling down into the base. Also, a groove for running screw is formed in the base so as to prevent said running screw from wobbling in the circumferential direction.
