摘要: A method of producing a multilayer electronic part having the shape of a substantially rectangular parallelopiped is constituted which has a multilayer body formed by superposing coil conductors and green sheets of a magnetic or nonmagnetic material. Terminal electrodes are formed respectively on both ends of the multilayer body along the direction of the magnetic flux generated when current is caused to flow through the coil conductors in the multilayer body. The terminal electrodes each has a conductive substrate formed within the area of the end of the multilayer body and including a lamination body as a component of the multilayer body.

摘要: Only one ATM call setting path is set between two ATM-WAN nodes, and ATM communication paths for audio signals of a number corresponding to the number of calls are set. If call setting N-ISDN signals are transmitted from a PBX-A, the IWF of the ATM-WAN nodes on a calling party side stores the call setting N-ISDN signals in ATM cells transparently as they are, and sends the ATM cells to a common ATM call setting path. If call setting channel associated signals are transmitted from a PBX-B, the IWF of the ATM-WAN nodes on a calling party side converts the call setting channel associated signals to call setting N-ISDN signals, stores the converted signals in ATM cells, and sends the ATM cells to a common ATM call setting path.

摘要: In the CMOS semiconductor device having an epitaxial layer, a trench with an appropriate depth is formed in the vicinity of a boundary between a range in which a MOS transistor is formed and a well range in which another MOS transistor is formed; the inner wall surface of the trench is covered with a thermal oxide film; and the trench is buried with a semiconductor substance, so that two CMOS transistors can be electrically isolated by the trench to increase the latch-up holding voltage beyond a supply voltage (e.g. 5 v). Therefore, the latch-up proof resistance can be increased to protect the device from noise which otherwise would break the device. Further, the trench depth is shallower than the low impurity atom concentration layer (epitaxial layer) or 3 .mu.m but deeper than a value obtained by subtracting 2 .mu.m from the above thickness or 3 .mu.m.
