An inner spline is formed on the clutch drum of one clutch, among the two clutches, that is positioned on an outer diameter side. An outer spline is formed on the clutch drum of the other clutch, among the two clutches, that is positioned on an inner diameter side.

The printing sheet is divided into a substantially rectangular address describing part, information describing part adjacent to one side of the address describing part, and concealing part adjacent to another side of the address describing part. The card forming sheet is folded along a boundary between the address describing part and the information describing part. The two sides are bonded together so that the printing sheet is placed to the outside. The card forming sheet is then folded along a boundary between the concealing part and the address describing part and bonded together, removably concealing the information.

摘要： This invention relates to an automatic transmission for a motor vehicle. A plurality of brakes and clutches have heretofore been independently provided in the axial direction and engaging or disangaging has been made independently when a gear stage for each range is selected, so that the size in the axial direction could not be shortened. The present invention intends to resolve the above-described problem and provides an automatic transmission in which the size in the axial direction is shortened, so that two multi-disc clutches(C3, C0) indenpendently engageable with or disengageable from an outer cylinder(108) are provided in series in the axial direction, and grooves(125), through which penetrate upline tubes(126) extending between a first piston(110) and the clutch(C0), are provided at a plurality of positions in the clutch(C3). When a second piston(112) is operated, the clutch(C3) is engaged or disengaged. Furthermore, when the first piston(110) is operated, the upline tube(126) extending between the first piston(110) and the clutch(C0) is operated togather with the first piston(110), whereby the clutch(C0) is engaged or disengaged. For this reason, according to the present invention, no interference takes place between the both clutches(C0, C3) when one clutch(C0) is released in a state where the other clutch(C3) is engaged.

摘要： A ring gear and an outer race of a one-way clutch are linked and secured in the axial direction. The outer peripheral section of a disk-shaped supporting member engages teeth of the ring gear and supports the ring gear, and a tapered snap ring is mounted in an indented groove with a tapered surface formed in the ring gear so that the side surface of the outer peripheral section of the support member is in intimate contact with the end surface of the outer race, and the support member is thus secured and prevented from withdrawing. An oil sump for lubricant supplied from the inner radial side is formed on the inner peripheral part of the outer race defined by the intimately contacted outer race and the support member. The ring gear of the planetary gear unit rotates when the automatic transmission actuates, and the integral support member also rotates based on the rotation of the ring gear. At this time, the side surface of the outer peripheral section of the support member is in intimate contact with the end surface of the outer race because of the tapered snap ring, and the lubricant supplied from the inner radial side is stored in the inner radial part of the outer race, which becomes the oil sump to lubricate the one-way clutch.
