The valve seal surface and a contact surface are configured such that the valve seal surface sealingly contacts with the corresponding contact surface when a fully closed position of the valve has been displaced due to contraction of one of the main body and the valve member. The valve seal surface and the contact surface of the valve member in the fully closed position are inclined by an angle. The contact angle of inclination gradually decreases from a first point located on a circumference of the periphery of the valve member resulting from a line perpendicular to an intersection of the central axis and the rotation axis to a second point that is proximate to the rotation axis of the valve member.

    摘要: An electrophotographic apparatus includes an electrophotographic photosensitive member; a charger for charging the electrophotographic photosensitive member including a charging member supplied with a voltage and disposed in contact with the photosensitive member so as to form a nip with the photosensitive member to charge the photosensitive member; an exposure device; a developing device; and a transfer device. The photosensitive member includes a surface layer containing a charge-transporting material having an oxidation potential of 0.4-1.0 volt. Charging promoter particles are present at the nip between the photosensitive member and the charging member to injection-charge the photosensitive member. Because of the selection of the charge-transporting material and the presence of the charging promoter particles, the photosensitive member can be effectively injection-charged.

    摘要: An air bag deployment apparatus for a seat back includes a support bracket and deployment strap. The support bracket has a reaction surface which extends behind the air bag inflator. The deployment strap is sewn to the inside of a seam line, a trim cover, and extends from the front of the seat along the side to an aperture formed in a foam cushion. The strap passes through the cushion to the reaction surface of the support bracket. The support bracket may be formed with panels which parallel the alignment of the strap. The strap is supported without slack to reduce the gas force necessary for stable deployment of the air bag.

    摘要: A delay circuit includes a charge/discharge circuit and a logic circuit. The charge/discharge circuit is used to moderate a slope of change of an input signal. The logic circuit receives a charge/discharge signal output from the charge/discharge circuit, and is used to change an output signal of the logic circuit when the charge/discharge signal exceeds a threshold value of the logic circuit. A time constant in the charge/discharge circuit is varied in accordance with the change in the output signal of the logic circuit. This serves to alleviate the malfunctioning and timing constraint problems that occur after the threshold value of the next-stage circuit (logic circuit) is exceeded.
