    Abstract: A method and apparatus for dynamically adapting scheduling parameter(s) to achieve power savings. A user equipment may be configured with one or more offsets between scheduled PDCCH and PDSCH transmissions. The user equipment may receive from a network an indication to dynamically change these offsets. If the user equipment sleeps through a first transmission of this indication, upon next receiving the indication the user equipment may update, for example, the offset in a time domain resource allocation table. The indication to dynamically change an offset may be an indication of an offset including fewer slots. A change to the offset, with which downlink transmission is expected by the user equipment, may be disabled. A network node may be configured to transmit downlink traffic to the user equipment according to a configured offset and/or according to an offset the network node indicated to the user equipment.

    Abstract: Devices, methods and computer programs for adjusting a client device receiver parameter are disclosed. A client device (200) transmits to a network node device (210) a first capability indication indicating at least a low-resolution analog-to-digital converter capability of the client device (200), and a second capability indication indicating whether the client device (200) is capable of receiving signal information associated with low-resolution receiver processing. Based on these, the network node device (210) may determine that adjusting at least one receiver parameter of the client device (200) is needed, generate and transmit network assistance information and signal information to the client device (200) for use in adjusting at least one receiver parameter of the client device (200). The client device (200) may then perform power measurements of the received signal information and adjust receiver parameter(s) of the client device (200) accordingly.

    Abstract: Certain example embodiments provide systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for a handover of a coordinated multi-point connection. For example, certain embodiment may transfer a first coordinated multi-point connection (e.g., a further enhanced multiple input multiple output (FeMIMO) connection) to a second coordinated multi-point connection where the network may instruct the UE to not perform at least one random access procedure. The first coordinated multi-point connection may be controlled by a first cell (the serving cell) where the UE is ready to receive from and transmit to a first set of cells that comprises the serving cell and one or more non-serving cells. After handover, the second coordinated multi-point connection may be controlled by a previous non-serving cell, and the UE may be ready to receive from and transmit to a second set of cells that comprises the previous non-serving cell.

    Abstract: A method may include determining, by a user device, an identifier to be used in a random access procedure to indicate a request for a positioning reference signal; selecting, by the user device, a downlink reference signal among a plurality of downlink reference signals received from a network node; controlling sending, by the user device to the network node, as part of a random access procedure, a random access preamble via a random access resource associated with the selected downlink reference signal, and the determined identifier; controlling receiving, by the user device from the network node, the requested positioning reference signal; and carrying out a positioning procedure using the requested positioning reference signal.
