    摘要: A cooling unit is mounted to an upper wall of a fuel tank so as to cool fuel. A control valve and a vent valve are disposed in a vapor line extending from a float valve to a canister. The control valve and the vent valve are disposed in parallel with one another and constitute a valve member. A cooling unit is mounted to an evaporation passage between a float valve and the valve member. Operation of the cooling units serves to cool fuel and inhibit generation of vapor. If the pressure in the fuel tank exceeds a control pressure, a control circuit opens the control valve and performs control such that the pressure in the fuel tank becomes lower than a running-state relief pressure.

    摘要: A canister for treating fuel vapor generated in a fuel tank and for supplying fuel vapor to an intake system of an engine via a purge passage. First and second adsorbent compartments are defined in a casing by a partition for accommodating adsorbents. First and second dispersion compartments are defined in the casing for dispersing fuel vapor from the fuel tank. The first and the second dispersion compartments are located at one end of the first and second adsorbent compartments, respectively. A valve device is positioned at one side of the second adsorbent compartment for selectively opening and closing in accordance with the difference between internal and external pressures of the casing. A tank valve is connected to one side of the casing corresponding to the first adsorbent compartment for adjusting the pressure in the fuel tank. An external dispersion compartment is connected to a wall of the casing to communicate with the first dispersion compartment. A breather passage is connected to the external dispersion compartment for introducing fuel vapor into the canister from the fuel tank during refueling, and the external dispersion compartment has a cross sectional area larger than that of the breather passage.

    摘要: According to the present invention, there is provided a fuel reserving device for reserving fuel therein comprising a wall for dividing an interior of the device to a fuel chamber and an air chamber, the wall being deformable according to the amount of the fuel in the fuel chamber, a discharge passage which is open to a space formed above the surface of the fuel in the fuel chamber and a shut off valve for normally shutting the discharge passage off. Gas is discharged from the space via the discharge passage when the shut off valve is open. The shut off valve is opened and the gas is discharged from the space when the amount of the gas is larger than a predetermined amount. On the other hand, the shut off valve is closed and the discharging operation of the gas is stopped when the amount of the gas is smaller than the predetermined amount.

The pedal is provided with a plurality of ratchet teeth and a pawl is rotatably mounted on the bracket for rotation between a first rotational position in which the pawl is engaged with the ratchet teeth and a second rotational position in which the pawl is disengaged from the ratchet teeth. The pawl is slidably mounted on the bracket to slide between a first slide position and a second slide position. The apparatus is designed to allow the parking brake to be engaged and disengaged by pressing on the pedal.

Further, a nonwoven fabric is inserted between a core material (829) and a surfacing material (802) and between the core material (829) and a backing material (822), the surfaces of the surfacing material and the backing material facing the core material are embossed, a layer of isocyanurate foam and/or a layer of polyurethane foam are provided in the core material, or a wooden reinforcing material or a pipe-shaped member is buried in the core material to improve the adhesion between the core material and the surfacing material and between the core material and the backing material, the strength of the entire panel, refractory performance, etc. These structures also increase the strength and the refractory performance of the joint portions.

Driving of cylinder servo valves is controlled in accordance with position set values set by position setters, load set values set by load setters, and feedback signals from position sensors, thereby controlling the corner roll positions to fixed lateral and vertical positions. The driving of the servo valves is corrected according to values detected by cylinder pressure sensors, to evenly reduce the right and left corners of the material.
