摘要: A braking device includes a brake wheel, a pair of rotation shafts, a pair of brake arms which is rotatably supported through the rotation shafts, a pair of brake pads arranged at one end of the brake arms and contacting and separating from the brake wheel, and a brake part connected to another end of the brake arms for providing and releasing a braking force of the brake pads. When the centers of the rotation shafts are fulcrums, the centers of contact of the brake pads with the brake wheel are points of action, and the connections between the brake arms and the brake part are power points, the fulcrums, the points of action, and the power points are located in a semicircular area of the brake wheel.

摘要: A control method and apparatus which detects a solenoid current as a voltage, and PWM-controls a transistor for a solenoid such that the detection voltage becomes a target voltage. A feedback gain, used for setting PWM signal output time, is set in accordance with the difference between the detection voltage and the target voltage such that the greater the difference becomes, the greater the feedback gain becomes. Further, a detection voltage after a predetermined period is estimated based on the change of detection voltage from the past. If the estimation value overshoots the target voltage, a difference B between the detection voltage and the target voltage and a difference C between the detection voltage and the estimation value are obtained, and the feedback gain is varied by multiplying the feedback gain by the ratio B/C between the these differences.

摘要: An electromagnetic shield-type doorway for a building is provided with two doors having a curved passageway between them. By lengthening the passageway to such an extent that the two doors cannot be opened simultaneously, electric waves can be blocked at either of the doors. The electromagnetic shielding effect can be enhanced by installing a revolving door in the passageway and attaching electrically conductive brushes to at least the lower edge and one side edge of the revolving door to fill the gaps at these edges. In a system for electromagnetically shielding a building, a doorway passageway of the building is partitioned by three or more doorways each having an electromagnetic shielding function. When persons leaving and exiting a building simultaneously approach entrance and exit doors at the ends of the doorway passageway so that these doors open at the same time, the central doorway remains closed to maintain the integrity of the electromagnetic shield. If a large number persons are entering and exiting, the doors are opened and closed in an interlocked manner so that one of the three doorways will always be closed, thereby maintaining the integrity of the shield in reliable fashion without hampering entry and exit.

摘要: A building with an electromagnetic shield structure for individual floors uses an electromagnetic shielding material in a body of the building and in openings such as windows and doorways, and the external wall surface of the building is covered with an electromagnetic shielding layer. An electromagnetically shielded space within the building is divided into individual floors by floor partitions using an electromagnetic shielding material. Wireless communication utilizing electric waves is carried out within the building, with the same frequency band or any desired frequency band being allotted to each floor. With the above arrangement, sets of communications equipment using the same frequency band on one floor can communicate with one another without interfering with sets on another floor, even though the sets of equipment on the other floors use the same frequency band. Accordingly, by installing sets of communications equipment of a fixed frequency band irrespective of the number of floors in the building, information can be communicated freely within the building.

摘要: Disclosed is a system for detecting and processing an abnormality in electromagnetic shielding for use in an intelligent building which is constructed using an electromagnetic shielding material for the skeleton and openings such as windows and doorways so that the whole of the building is formed into an electromagnetic shielding structure in order to carry out radio communication inside the building. The system has radio wave detecting means for detecting an external radio wave inside the building, level judging means for judging the level of an external radio wave detected by the radio wave detecting means, and processing means for detecting and processing an abnormality on the basis of an output from the level judging means, whereby an abnormality in the electromagnetic shielding performance is detected on the basis of the intensity level of a detected radio wave intruding into the building from the outside. When the electromagnetic shielding performance has deteriorated, external radio waves such as broadcast waves, telecast waves, etc. intrude into the building. Therefore, any of these radio waves is constantly monitored by the radio wave detecting means inside the building. Thus, when the electromagnetic shielding performance has considerably deteriorated, the abnormality can be detected by judging the level of the detected radio wave with the level judging means.

摘要: A coating method and apparatus for coating the inner surface of a long tube of small diameter, specifically tubes for a condenser. The coating is a type of spray coating wherein a long flexible supply hose, longer than the long tube to be coated, is reciprocated in the long tube with a spray nozzle attached to the tip thereof for spraying the paint by the action of compressed air, from one end of the long tube to the other end thereof while spraying the paint in atomization. The long flexible supply hose of double structure or sometimes of triple structure is composed of a short heating pipe portion adjacent to the spray nozzle and a long flexible hose portion. The paint and compressed air supplied through separate passages in the supply hose are heated to a predetermined temperature by heating means, for example, a sheathed electrical heater wound about an inside pipe of the heating pipe portion upstream of where the paint is sprayed.

摘要: A touch panel of capacitance type includes plural X-electrodes, plural Y-electrodes, and a Z-electrode. Each of the X-electrode and the Y-electrode is formed to have pad portions and thin line portions alternately arranged in an extending direction. The pad portion of the X-electrode and the pad portion of the Y-electrode are arranged without being overlapped in a planar view. The Z-electrode is electrically in a floating state, and formed to be overlapped with both the adjacent X-electrode and the Y-electrode in a planar view. The touched position is calculated based on a local minimal point as an intersection with the interelectrode capacitance value that is equal to or smaller than each of the interelectrode capacitance values of four peripheral intersections among those at the intersections between the plural X-electrodes and the plural Y-electrodes.

摘要: A rotor structure for a rotary machine in which a rotor (10) is securely fastened to the outer periphery of a shaft (20) and a positioning key is formed on the inner wall of the rotor (10), while a key (11) is formed on the outer periphery of the shaft (20), wherein curved sections (R) are formed on the side surfaces on both sides of the positioning key (11), thereby reducing stress at the angled sections of the rotor core to a greater extent than positioning keys of the prior art. At the same time, torque can be transmitted over the entire surface of an interference section of the shaft (20) thereby enabling torque to be reliably transmitted, and a magnetic path of a magnetic protrusion (d-axis) to be ensured. A motor can thus be reduced in size.
