摘要: Blood sugar levels are measured non-invasively based on temperature measurement. Measurement data is stabilized by correcting a non-invasive blood sugar level measurement value obtained by a temperature measuring system on the basis of the blood oxygen saturation and the blood flow volume. A heat conducting member is provided in a blood flow volume measurement portion that measures the blood flow volume based on temperature detection. The heat conducting member is made up of a cylindrical main body 61 and a plate-like support plate 63 disposed in the longitudinal direction of an internal cavity of the main body. A first temperature detector 23 is fixed to an end portion of the support plate and is disposed within the internal cavity of the main body. A second temperature detector 24 is fixed on an external surface of the main body.

摘要: Blood sugar levels are measured non-invasively based on temperature measurement. Non-invasively measured blood sugar level values obtained by a temperature measurement scheme are corrected by blood oxygen saturation and blood flow volume, thereby stabilizing the measurement data. The shape or color of control buttons for controlling measurement are associated with the function of each button such that the buttons can be identified either visually or by touch.

摘要: Measurement of blood flow rate in a convenient manner has been enabled by using a simple device constitution and a simple signal processing technique. A measurement mechanism having both the function of measuring temperature of the measurement site and the function of applying a thermal load to the measurement site is used, and a process of extracting temperature change associated with the recovery of the surface temperature by the blood flow is conducted from the measurement results obtained by the measurement mechanism.

摘要: Provided is a touch-panel device capable of detecting a touched position with high accuracy even when a touched area extends off an electrode area. In one embodiment, the touched area is assumed to be, for example, circular in shape. A width in an X direction (overlap width) and a width in a Y direction (overlap width) of an overlap area where the touched area in a circular shape and an electrode area overlap each other is determined based on sensor measured values. When the overlap width and the overlap width are different from each other, it is judged that the touched area extends off the electrode area, and a position of a center of the touched area in the circular shape is calculated as the touched position.

摘要: This storage system supplies, to a plurality of computers, a plurality of duplicate volumes (CVOLs) (corresponding to duplicates of a master volume (MVOL) upon which is stored an electronic object (EO) that is common to the plurality of computers). Both the MVOL and the CVOLS are virtual logical volumes that follow sync provisioning. In the plurality of CVOLs, a plurality of physical regions that are allocated to the MVOL (i.e. regions in which the electronic object is stored) (PAs) are allocated. A storage, when writing an electronic module (EM) to which the EO is applied to the first CVOL, copies data within a first PA that is allocated to the virtual region (VA) that is the write destination to a second PA, writes the EM to the second PA, and moreover allocates the second PA to a VA of the write destination, instead of the first PA. And the storage allocates the second PA to a VA within the second CVOL corresponding to the VA of the write destination, instead of the PA that is allocated to that VA.

摘要: A cable mounting structure for an electric apparatus is provided which ensures sealing properties, such as waterproof properties and dustproof properties, and which can effectively contribute to downsizing, while easing restrictions on the size of a connecting tool mounted on one end of a cable connected to an electric apparatus body. The cable mounting structure comprises a housing (10) for accommodating an electric apparatus body, a cable (11) connected to the electric apparatus body via a second connector (12) or the like, a grommet (20) mounted on the cable (11), a recessed housing section (15) provided in the housing (10), and a lid (30) for closing the recessed housing section. The recessed housing section is formed in a closed-bottomed tubular shape recessed inwardly of the housing. A grommet mounting hole for fixing the grommet (20) thereto is formed in a peripheral wall section (15a) of the recessed housing section, and a pass-through section (31) through which the cable is passed is formed in the lid. The connecting tool is disposed within the recessed housing section, and the pass-through section is positioned to the grommet.

摘要: A first storage system that has a first storage device comprises a first interface device that is connected to a second interface device that a second storage system has. A first controller of the first storage system reads system information elements of first system information (information relating to the constitution and control of the first storage system) from a first system area (a storage area that is not provided for the host of the first storage device) and transfers the system information elements or modified system information elements to the second storage system via the first interface device. The system information elements are recorded in a second system area in a second storage device that the second storage system has.
