Abstract: The present invention presents a method for small cell communications, comprising: MME transmits a message of setting up a user plane for UE to a base station in a small cell cluster of the UE, wherein the messages of setting up a user plane include information about evolved radio access bearer as well as uplink tunnel identity and address of the transport layer assigned by SGW; the base station assigns downlink TEID and address of the transport layer to the UE, and responds to the MME; the MME transmits the downlink TEID and the address of the transport layer assigned to the UE to the SGW that serves the UE, and receives a response message from the SGW. Examples of the present invention further present an MME device, a base station device, an SGW device and a small cell communication system. The above scheme presented by the present invention provides a method of supporting the architecture and data transmission of small cells, which supports quick handover between small cells, reduces data loss during the handover, avoids multi-hop data forwarding, guarantees QoS, and improves user experience and system performance.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for detachment of a mobile set including receiving, by a service node of a communication system, a detachment request from the mobile set, transmitting, by the service node of the communication system, a delete context request message for the mobile set to a first service node of another communication system, and transmitting, by the service node, a detachment indicator to a second service node of the another communication system, wherein the service node of the communication system is different from the service node of the another communication, wherein both the service node of the communication system and the first service node of the another communication system store context information related to the mobile set, and wherein the mobile set moves between the service node of the communication system and the first service node of the another communication system without an area updating.

Abstract: A method for transmitting a handover report and for transmitting a radio link failure (RLF) report are provided. The method includes obtaining, by a target base station, at least one of location information of a source cell or location information of a user equipment (UE) history cell during a handover procedure, and transmitting, by the target base station, the handover report to at least one of a source base station or to a base station where the UE history cell is located, according to the obtained at least one of location information of the source cell or the location information of the UE history cell, wherein the handover report including at least one of an unnecessary handover report, a too early handover report, or a handover to wrong cell report.

Abstract: Various examples provide a method for radio resources management. An MCE or a GCSE AS or a UE receives usage information of eMBMS radio resources, and adjusts radio resources in response to a determination that there is an overload state. The MCE may re-configure the eMBMS radio resources. Alternatively, the UE or the GCSE AS may establish a unicast channel for transporting a GCSE service which was transmitted on an overloaded eMBMS bearer, and release the eMBMS bearer. The technical mechanism can make effective use of radio interface resources and reduce data loss.

The method includes sending, by the second evolved base station, the RLF report to every corresponding evolved base station according to the PCI of the first cell having been received from the UE, where the PCI of the first cell, the PCI of a second cell, the CRNTI of the UE in the first cell, and UE authentication information are carried in the RLF report, and authenticating, by every evolved base station the UE according to the UE authentication information. Another method for processing an RLF report, and two methods for adjusting a mobile parameter, are also provided.
