摘要: An infrared remote control receiver 20a includes a carrier detection circuit 12a. The carrier detection circuit 12a includes: a comparator 6a for comparing an output signal from a BPF 5 with a threshold voltage Vth1 which is a noise detection level; a comparator 6c for comparing the output signal from the BPF 5 with a threshold voltage Vth3 larger than the threshold voltage Vth1, the threshold voltage Vth3 being a first carrier detection level; and a logic circuit 8 for (i) controlling, based on the output signal D1 from the comparator 6a, the gain of an amplifier 4 so that an output signal D1 from the comparator 6a is not output. An output signal D3 from the comparator 6c is output as a carrier. Thus, it is possible to restrain malfunctions attributed to disturbance light noise.

摘要: An extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light source device and foil trap, the device including a vessel; an EUV radiating species supply means that feeds an extreme ultraviolet radiating species into the vessel; a discharge part with discharge electrodes that heat and excite the EUV radiating species and generate a high-temperature plasma; a collector mirror collecting EUV radiation emitted from the plasma; the foil trap installed between the discharge part and the mirror; an extractor part extracting the collected radiation; and an evacuation means exhausting and regulating pressure within the vessel. The foil trap includes foils extending radially from a main axis thereof to capture debris from the light source, while allowing the emitted radiation to pass through a region thereof to the mirror. A length of at least part of the foils in directions parallel to the main axis is shorter in positions close to the main axis than distant therefrom.

摘要: An operator sets a distance from the page head of an alignment mark using a mark position setting switch mounted in a duplex printing system. A first printer forms the alignment mark in a position of the distance from the page head of a web, and reports position information about the alignment mark to a second printer. The alignment mark is detected by mark detection means of the second printer. Control means performs control of a web transport speed so that a phase between generation timing of a mark detection signal which the mark detection means generates by detecting the alignment mark and control timing calculated from alignment mark position data, alignment mark interval data and a web feed control signal generated at a preset period becomes constant.
