摘要: Output interconnection line patterns of transistors easily exerting influences of crosstalk and transistors easily influenced by crosstalk are extracted from layout pattern data stored in a layout pattern data memory by an output interconnection line pattern extracting portion. Then, in these output interconnection line patterns, an overlapping portion and a parallel portion which probably may be the cause of crosstalk are extracted as error portions by an error extracting portion. These error portions are visually displayed by a display unit. Thus, automatic verification of crosstalk is performed.

摘要: A hydraulic accumulator for vehicle transmission includes a valve body incorporated into the transmission casing, a piston disposed in a space provided in the valve body and dividing the space into first and second pressure chambers and a cylindrical sleeve member for closing the space. The sleeve member includes a cylindrical portion formed integral with a cover portion for slidable engagement with the piston. The thickness of the cylindrical portion is variable and permits the changing of the effective area difference between the opposite sides of the piston so that desired pressure characteristics can be obtained.

摘要: An X ray exposure process and system for transferring a mask pattern onto a wafer with use of X rays, wherein heights on the mask at many points are measured on a light interference band basis by a mask-height measuring device of non-contact measurement type at an X ray exposure position, the mask being mounted on a chamber which is filled with a He gas and or the like to prevent attenuation of an X ray source, heights on the wafer at many points are measured at a wafer-height measuring position different from said exposure position, and according to the measured results, the wafer is finely moved upwardly or downwardly (that is, deformed) individually independently by means of a chuck which sucks and holds the wafer at many points thereon so that, a gap between the mask and wafer is adjusted to a desired level.

摘要: An alignment apparatus, in which a mask is overlaid on a wafer and a relative displacement between the wafer and a target pattern formed on the mask is detected to effect alignment thereof, comprises a slit frame adapted to reciprocate in a direction substantially parallel to the top surface of the mask and having a slit formed therein, an illumination optical system for illuminating the target pattern, an image formation optical system for forming the image of the target pattern onto the slit of the slit frame, a light sensing element mounted on the slit frame for detecting the target pattern image formed by the image formation optical system through the slit to convert the image into an electric signal, and a displacement detector for detecting the amount of movement of the reciprocation of the slit frame to convert the amount of movement into a position signal which the light sensing element scans, whereby the output signals from the displacement detector and the light sensing element are used to detect the relative position between the mask and the target pattern on the wafer and the mask is moved relative to the wafer such that the relative displacement amount becomes zero.

摘要: [PROBLEMS] To prevent leak of information because loss or theft judgement is made whether or not read control information stored in a predetermined read control information storage area of an external storage is proper. If the judgment result shows that it is invalid, virtualized data stored in the external storage is decrypted, and genuine read control information virtualized in the virtualized data is extracted. Next judgement is made whether or not the extracted genuine read control information is proper. If the extracted genuine read control information is proper, the virtualized genuine data in the virtualized data along with the genuine read control information is made usable by decrypting and creating the virtualized data, and improper read control information is stored in the read control information storage area.
