摘要： The method of mounting an electronic part is capable of securely mounting the electronic part having fine solder bumps without excessively heating the part. The method of comprises the steps of: applying flux-fill, which acts as flux and under-filling resin, on a surface of a mount board, in which electrodes are formed; respectively connecting solder bums of the electronic part with the electrodes; and simultaneously filling a gap between the electronic part and the mount board with the flux-fill, wherein the solder bumps are made contact with the electrodes, and ultrasonic vibration energy is applied to contact portions of the solder bumps and the electrodes in the connecting step.

摘要： A picture signal processing method and apparatus in which the block distortion as well as the mosquito noise produced on encoding/decoding a picture is to be suppressed. The picture signal processing apparatus includes a filter for filtering a picture, an encoder 5 for block-encoding the picture, a decoder 13 for decoding an encoded picture from the encoder 5 and a noise reducing unit 14 for reducing at least the block distortion of a picture decoded by the decoding unit 13 to reduce the noise otherwise produced on encoding/decoding the picture.

摘要： The invention concerns a light deflection device, and a control method for the light deflection device, which are rich in expandability of drive control. The light deflection device includes a polygon mirror to reflect the light beam; a rotor, having a magnet, to rotate the polygon mirror attached to the rotor; a stator on which a plurality of drive coils are fixed so as to generate a rotational force; and a plurality of connecting ports through which the plurality of drive coils are electronically coupled to a plurality of drive circuits, each of which drives the drive coils while controlling the rotational force to be generated between the magnet and drive coils. One of the drive circuits controls the rotational force during a start-up operation and a steady-rotating operation of the rotor, while another one controls the rotational force during a decelerating operation of the rotor.

The electroless nickel plating film layer displays a hardness suitable for the forceps and superior toughness, and allows an edge to be put on the electroless nickel plating film layer more easily than a hardened steel that has the same hardness.

摘要： Disclosed is a liquid detection device wherein a condition in which there is no liquid remaining in either a storage member or a tank and a condition in which there is liquid remaining in at least either the storage member or the tank are easily discriminated using a single mechanism. When there is oil (liquid) remaining in at least either the oil tank or the impregnated member (storage member), light emitted from a light emitting part is passed into the oil through a prism face located partway along the light path, and does not reach a light receiving part. On the other hand, when there is no oil remaining in either the oil tank or the impregnated member, the emitted light reaches the light receiving part. When the oil tank itself is not mounted, the light emitted from the light emitting part also reaches the light receiving part. When the light emitted from the light emitting part is not detected by the light receiving part, a controller determines that there is oil.
