摘要： A fuel cell of the invention has unified a processing circuit processing a cell voltage output signal of a fuel cell stack and a connector connecting an circuit unit with terminals provided extending from separators of the fuel cell, thereby having abolished connection points (in which harnesses are attached and detached) of an electrical circuit unit with the connector. So, for connection, reliability can be improved, and downsizing is possible. Moreover, with a casing enclosing the connector and electrical circuit unit, the fuel cell can be made compact and the processing circuit can be surely protected thanks to being shielded from surroundings, thereby handling as a unit being able to be facilitated.

摘要： In a mobile telephone, first and second display devices are disposed on a front side and a rear side of a chassis, respectively. A state of a reflection control device of each of the display devices is changed over to a state where the reflection control device has a high reflectivity (mirror mode) or a state where an image is displayed (display mode) depending on presence or absence of application of a voltage to the reflection control device. Each of the display devices includes the reflection control device and a liquid crystal display device. The reflection control device controls transmission and shielding (reflection) of a luminous flux from a light guide plate. A mode of one of the first and second display devices is made the mirror mode, and a mode of the other is made the display mode. That is, since the display device in the mirror mode efficiently reflects an external light and an illumination light, and the resultant reflected light is applied to the display device in the display mode, the visibility is enhanced. Since it is unnecessary to provide a reflection member in the light guide plate between the display devices, the loss of the light transmitted through the first and second display devices becomes less, and hence the power saving can be realized.

摘要： An improved liquid crystal device and manufacturing method for same are described. In the device, a pair of substrates, between which a liquid crystal layer is disposed, is joined with pillars inbetween functioning as spacers which are provided of photocurable resin by photolithography. With this structure, the spacers can be in surface contact with the inside surfaces of the substrates on which electrode arrangement and active devices are formed.

The first interface node has a configuration table to store structural information for the memory storage system and in response to the frame sent from the computer, analyzes the applicable frame, converts information relating to the transfer destination of that frame based on structural information held in the configuration table, and transfers that frame to the switch.

Two streams, stream #1 and stream #2, are set. Then, 2000 sectors are set to the stream #1 and a specified number of sectors to the stream #2. By specifying this stream number (stream #1 or #2) and the audio-visual (AV) logical block address of the stream, the AV stream data recorded on the hard disk can be accessed. Each AV stream begins with zero and ends at the maximum AV stream LBA.

摘要： A disk array system has a disk storage group, an array controller reading/writing data of the group, a disk interface connecting unit having a plurality of ports for connection with the controller and the group, and a disk interface connection changing unit. In an array configuration information memory, information indicating a relation between the controller and the group is stored. An array configuration changing portion changes the array configuration information in response to a user's request. A connection changing interface informs the changing unit of a connection change based on the changed array configuration information. The changing unit sends instruction information on setting up the connection status among the ports to the connecting unit to establish the configuration indicated by the array configuration information. The connecting unit changes the port connection according to the instruction information sent from the changing unit.
