    摘要: An object is to provide an electromechanical filter which can define a vibration mode so that a vibrator can be excited only in a desired vibration mode, that is, a filter which can suppress any vibration mode other than a desired vibration mode. The electromechanical filter includes a first member for inputting a signal, a second member disposed at a predetermined distance from the first member so as to surround the first member and to be excited due to an electrostatic force caused by the signal input from the first member, and a third member disposed at a predetermined distance from the second member so as to surround the second member and to detect vibration of the second member. The second member is designed to receive an attractive force from the first member and the third member so as to be bound and regulated as to a vibration direction.

    摘要: A mechanical resonator is constructed such that it has a vibration body that performs a mechanical resonant vibration and also has an electrode located in the vicinity of the vibration body and such that it is shaped into the surface shape of the electrode when deformed during a resonance mode of the vibration body, whereby the electrostatic capacitance change per unit vibration displacement amount can be enlarged. In this way, a mechanical resonator can be realized which performs an effective electricity-to-machine or machine-to-electricity conversion. Moreover, this mechanical resonator can be used to realize a small-sized, high-performance filter circuit or switch circuit in a high-density integrated electrical circuit.

    摘要: An ink jet ink contains at least a coloring material and a specific water-soluble organic solvent and has both excellent color developability and excellent humidity resistance. The coloring material exhibits a small (9 or less) color difference ΔE value which is determined by a method including a series of specific steps and is represented as the square root of (L1-L2)2+(a1-a2)2+(b1-b2)2. The specific water-soluble organic solvent has an evaporation rate X smaller than that of water and a moisture absorptivity Y, the values of X and Y satisfying the relation of Y≦2.8X+10. The content of the specific water-soluble organic solvent is 50 mass % or more of the total amount of water-soluble organic solvents contained in the ink.

    摘要: A switch comprises voltage applying means for providing direct current potentials to first to third beams arranged with a spacing slightly distant one from another, and electrodes for inputting/outputting signals to/from the beams. By controlling the direct current potential provided to the beam, an electrostatic force is caused to thereby change the beam positions and change a capacitance between the beams. By causing an electrostatic force between the first and second beams and moving the both beams, the first and second beams can be electrically coupled together at high speed. Also, an electrostatic force is caused on the third beam arranged facing to the first and second beams, to previously place it close to the first and second beams. When the electrostatic force is released from between the first and second beams, the second beam moves toward the third beam thereby releasing the first and second beams of an electric coupling.

    摘要: An electric signal fed into a line generates electric field in response to its frequency, and a resonator placed closely to the line and in a substantially vacuum condition not higher than 100 pascal is excited by electrostatic force of the electric field and vibrates. Detecting means converts mechanical vibrations of the resonator into a signal in another form than the electric signal, then it detects the vibrations. The foregoing structure allows the resonator to be a micro-body and to process properly a high-frequency input signal of MHz or GHz band. A tight space between an input side and an output side does not permit an electric signal fed into the line to couple directly to the output side, and the resonator downsized to a micro-body is not subject to viscosity of air.
