    摘要: A fitting structure of a plurality of rectangular parallelopipedal blocks comprising concavo-convexities formed on the surfaces of each of the blocks. The concavo-convexities are formed on each surface of the block on the basis of a figure which is in symmetry of rotation per 90.degree. round the center of a regular square or is in symmetry of rotation per 180.degree. round the center of a rectangle, and is complementarily in symmetry of axis with respect to a center of the rectangle line passing through the center and being in parallel with a side of the regular square or rectangle. Predetermined congruence is imparted to the figures on the surfaces depending on various shapes of the blocks. Fitting of the concavo-convexities of the surfaces of the adjacent blocks is always ensured when each block is aligned so that its thickness and its length are in conformity. The surfaces of adjacent blocks can be connected without the necessity of considering the direction of each block.

    摘要: An autotensioner having a fixed shaft, a pulley support pivotally supported on the fixed shaft, a pulley rotatably supported on the pulley support and a spring for biasing the pulley support in such a direction as to apply tension to a belt. The pulley support has a cylindrical portion arranged coaxially with the fixed shaft. The fixed shaft is formed with cam surfaces at such a position that wedge-shaped spaces are defined between the cam surfaces and the cylindrical portion. The wedge-shaped spaces narrow in a direction in which the pulley support pivots to slacken the belt. Friction members are each mounted in the respective wedge-shaped spaces. They have a shape substantially complementary to the shape of the wedge-shaped spaces. A spring member is also mounted in each wedge-shaped space to bias the friction members into the narrow area of each wedge-shaped space.

    摘要: An expansion molding apparatus for forming molded articles having consistently or partially thin-walls by expanding expandable thermoplastic resin beads in a cavity formed between molds with the application of heat. The apparatus has a moving device, for example, a cylinder which moles the molds in one orthogonal direction relative to a closing direction of the molds when filling the cavity with the expandable thermoplastic resin beads. After filling the resin beads in the cavity by moving at least one of the molds in at least one direction orthogonal to the closing direction so that a distance in a circumference section of the cavity becomes greater, the mold is moved back to the original position and the application of heat is performed to obtain molded articles.

A tension adjusting spring is coupled to an eccentrically pivotable pulley support member. The fixed member is provided with a cam surface abutting a piston of the damper. The cam surface is tapered downwards in a direction in which the support member pivots in a direction to increase the belt tension.

The hooks engage an opening in the container when the two sides of the container are brought together. The hooks also have an inclined surface matching the inclined surface in the container to allow the ball to roll along the inclined surface to a position wedged between the hooks and container when the case is in a vertical position. Laying the case flat or horizontally causes the ball to roll along the inclined surface away from the hooks thereby releasing and unlocking the case.
