    摘要: A laser welding method allowing lap welding with a mother member and an attaching member overlapping each other, without incurring a lowering of strength. In laser welding, a laser beam is directed to a flange (4) along a welding path (16) extending from a welding start point (12) to a welding termination point (14). Further, the welding path (16) is turned back before reaching the welding termination point (14), and the welding termination point (14) is located at a place where there is no stress concentration due to external forces on the mother member (1) and the attaching member (2) without coincidence between the welding start point (12) and the welding termination point (14). The welding path (16) is substantially C-shaped, and, after it is turned back, a longer welding path than the crater produced in the welding termination point (14) is provided to complete the welding termination point (14).

An inputted AV signal is recorded on a hard disk, and a comparison table produced based on GOP numbers of an inputted image signal and recorded positions on the hard disk at which the top data of GOPs of the GOP numbers is recorded is recorded on another hard disk. Another table produced based on GOP numbers of GOPs in each of which an intra-picture necessary to play back a corresponding representative picture is included and the distances between the intra-pictures and the corresponding representative pictures included in the GOPs of the GOP numbers is recorded on a further hard disk.

    摘要: The present invention enables to obtain a video representation with a smooth motion during a fast reproduction of a video signal which has been prediction coded in the time axis direction. A video signal reproduction apparatus 100 includes a controller 11 having a detection block 11a, a decision block 11b, and mode switching block 11c. According to an information from a demultiplexer 5 and a decode information from a video decoder 6, the controller 11 detects a reproduction speed in the detection block 11a. The detected reproduction speed is supplied to the decision block 11b where it is compared to a predetermined threshold value so as to select a first fast reproduction mode requiring reproduction of all the reference pictures of the video signal which has been prediction coded or a second fast reproduction mode requiring reproduction of some the reference pictures. According to this decision result, the mode switching block 11c switches between the first and the second rast reproduction modes.

    摘要: An engine with an electromagnetic driving valve reduces a loss during a cranking operation to shorten a starting time, reduce an electric power consumption for a starter motor, and prevent an interference between a valve system and a piston. Intake and exhaust valves are sequentially excited and started such that, after starting the cranking operation by a starter motor, a first cranking rotating speed can be reached, and the valves can be all closed at a predetermined cranking angle. All intake and exhaust valves are closed and the cranking rotating speed reaches an ignition point by the supply of a fuel and the continuous operation of the engine can be performed at more than a second cranking rotating speed, and the intake and exhaust valves can be switching controlled in the normal cylinder process.
