摘要: A positioning device including a support tab, two pairs of sliding blocks slidably mounted in the support table, a positioning plate extending vertically from on a top of each sliding block, a base on which the support table is supported, a cylinder installed in a chamber of the base, a ball received in the cylinder, a piston rod slidably mounted in the cylinder that pushes the ball to move upward in a vertical direction, so that the ball drives the two pairs of sliding blocks to move away from each other in the first horizontal direction and the second horizontal direction, respectively, until the positioning plates of the two pairs of sliding blocks abut against four inner walls of the opening of the circuit board, respectively, to allow the electronic device to be received in a positioning slot defined by the positioning plates, and a release mechanism.

摘要: An integrated equipment for processing a plurality of fiber optic ferrules comprises a polishing system, a ferrule cleaning system, a drying system, a wiping system, and a robot system. The polishing system polishes a plurality of front end faces of the plurality of fiber optic ferrules mounted on a carrier. The ferrule cleaning system cleans the carrier and the fiber optic ferrules on the carrier after the fiber optic ferrules have been polished. The drying system dries the carrier and the fiber optic ferrules on the carrier after the carrier and the fiber optic ferrules have been cleaned. The wiping system wipes the front end faces of the fiber optic ferrules on the carrier after the carrier and the fiber optic ferrules have been dried. The robot system transfers the carrier to the polishing system, the ferrule cleaning system, the drying system, and the wiping system.

摘要: A cutting system is disclosed. The cutting system comprises a moving mechanism, a cutter mounted on the moving mechanism, a support table having a material plate disposed thereon, and a fixation device including a pressing plate having a row of teeth defining a row of teeth slots. The row of teeth press the material plate on the support table while the moving mechanism drives the cutter to move along edges of the row of teeth slots. The cutter cuts a plurality of workpieces out of the material plate by a single cutting process.

摘要: An automatic calibration method for a robot system comprises providing a ball-rod member including a connection rod and a sphere connected to a first end of the connection rod, fixing an opposite second end of the connection rod to an end execution tool mounted on a flange of a robot, and controlling the robot to move a center of the sphere to a same target point in a plurality of different poses under the guidance of a vision sensor. A transformation matrix of the center of the sphere with respect to a center of the flange is calculated based on pose data of the robot at the same target point. A transformation matrix of a center of the end execution tool with respect to the center of the flange is calculated according to a formula.

摘要: An automatic fiber cleaning system comprises a first cleaning module, a second cleaning module, and a sprayer. Each of the first cleaning module and the second cleaning module has a cleaning belt, a driven belt wheel on which an unused portion of the cleaning belt is wound, a driving belt wheel on which a used portion of the cleaning belt is wound, and a pressing tool on which the cleaning belt is tightened. The sprayer sprays a cleaning agent onto the cleaning belts. The pressing tools press the cleaning belts on both sides of an optical fiber and clamp the optical fiber. The cleaning belts move relative to the optical fiber by the driving belt wheels to wipe the optical fiber.

摘要: An assembly system for inserting a terminal into a housing comprises a parallel robot mechanism, a serial robot mechanism, and an insertion mechanism. The parallel robot mechanism has a support platform on which the housing is held and a plurality of joints. The serial robot mechanism has an end effector connected to the support platform and is adapted to drive the parallel robot mechanism to move. The insertion mechanism is configured to insert the terminal into the housing. The parallel robot mechanism is moved by the serial robot mechanism to an insertion position in which an insertion hole of the housing is aligned with the terminal prior to the insertion mechanism inserting the terminal into the housing. At least a portion of the plurality of joints are locked while the insertion mechanism inserts the terminal into the housing to keep the parallel robot mechanism and the support platform stationary.
