摘要: An antireflection structure having a high antireflection effect is provided. An antireflection structure (50) reduces reflection of light having a wavelength equal to or larger than a predetermined wavelength, and absorbs the light whose reflection is reduced. The antireflection structure (50) includes a base structure portion (7) which is configured to have a plurality of structural units (70) arranged on a reference plane, and each having a tilted surface (71) so that an angle between the first side surface (71) and a reference plane (51) is a predetermined angle, and a plurality of fine concave/convex portions (8, 8, . . . ) which are formed on a surface of the base structure portion (7), and arranged within a cycle equal to or smaller than the predetermined wavelength.

摘要: I delay units and Q delay units continuously delay values of in-phase component and quadrature component of an inputted first baseband received signal. I storage units and Q storage units store each component of a waveform of STS (Short Training Sequence) corresponding to a first transmitting antenna. Multipliers carry out multiplication in correlation processing. An adder adds up multiplication results outputted from the multipliers and then another adder adds up the addition result.

摘要: The present invention is intended to reduce a peak value of a momentary current, which is generated in a data driver, even when display data items expressing a succeeding display line have changed largely. The data driver includes: an internal control signal production circuit that groups multiple video lines into multiple blocks and produces internal control signals which are used to make the transmission timings of video voltages onto video lines, which belong to the blocks, different from one another among the blocks; a first latch circuit that sequentially latches display data items which express one display line and which are received successively externally; a second latch circuit that latches the display data items which have been latched into the first latch circuit; a third latch circuit that latches the display data items, which have been latched into the second latch circuit and are associated with the blocks, at timings, which are different from one another among the blocks, responsively to internal control signals; and a decoder that converts the display data items, which have been latched into the third latch circuit, into video voltages. The display data items latched into the first latch circuit are latched into the second latch circuit at timings which are different from one another among the blocks.

摘要: A radio unit and a baseband processing unit perform wireless communications with a plurality of base station apparatuses compatible with a plurality of wireless communication schemes, respectively. A battery remaining amount management unit inspects a remaining amount of battery to be supplied to the radio unit and the like. A control unit controls standby operations that the radio unit and the baseband processing unit are to perform on the plurality of wireless communication schemes, based on the remaining amount of battery inspected by the battery remaining amount management unit. The control unit defines degrees of priority for the plurality of wireless communication schemes, respectively. As the remaining amount of battery becomes low, the control unit sets long a time interval of the standby operation for a base station compatible with a wireless communication scheme having a low degree of priority.
