    摘要: In a CMOS circuit including a source diffusion layer and a well region which are at the same potential, a P.sup.+ -type source diffusion layer and an N.sup.+ -type substrate diffusion layer are formed in a portion corresponding to a source region in a surface area of an N-type well region. A source contact is formed on the source and substrate diffusion layers through a salicide layer to connect the diffusion layers to their upper wiring layer. Since, therefore, the source contact can be arranged closer to a P-type well region, the layout area can be reduced.

    摘要: A silicon nitride ceramic sliding material comprising silicon nitride crystal grains and a grain boundary phase and having a porosity of 2 to 10% and a maximum pore size of 20 to 100 .mu.m. The silicon nitride ceramic sliding material preferably has a textural structure wherein the proportion of the total area of silicon nitride crystal grains of 0.1 to 10 .mu.m.sup.2 in area to the total area of all the silicon nitride crystal grains present in an arbitrary two-dimensional cross section is 30 to 90% and the proportion of the number of silicon nitride crystal grains of 2 to 10 in aspect ratio to the number of all the silicon nitride crystal grains present in that cross section is at least 20%. The material is produced by mixing a silicon nitride powder with a sintering aid powder, molding the resulting mixture, then heat-treating the resulting molded body in a nitrogen-containing atmosphere under reduced pressure at 1,000 to 1,500.degree. C., and then sintering it in a nonoxidizing atmosphere under ordinary pressure or under pressure, at 1,550 to 1,800.degree. C.

A handle can be moved from the stand-up condition thereof to the folded condition thereof by operating a handle stopper. The tapered engaging portion and preventive portion are contactable with the handle stopper. The preventive portion prevents the movement of the handle stopper during the winding operation of the handle.

    摘要: A multi-port-type semiconductor memory including an address comparator comprises a memory cell array which includes a plurality of memory cells arranged in rows and which includes two pairs of word lines for selecting the memory cells. The two word line pairs are driven each by one of two row decoders to which independent address signals are supplied. The address signals supplied to the two row decoders are input to the address comparator so as to detect coincidence between these signals. Further, a control circuit is provided in the semiconductor memory in order to inhibit the operation of one of the two row decoders when coincidence between the address signals is detected by the address comparator.
