Abstract: A vapor chamber with a support structure is provided. The vapor chamber with the support structure includes a first plate, a second plate spaced apart from the first plate, and multiple support elements fixed between the first and second plates. On an outer surface of any of the first plate or the second plate, laser welding is performed on positions corresponding to the support elements so as to join the support elements to the first and second plates and to form weld ports on the outer surface of any of the plates. The invention solves the problem of fixing the support structure inside the thin vapor chamber, and therefore mass production can be realized.

Abstract: A power module includes a printed circuit board, a magnetic element, a secondary side switching circuit and at least two groups of external terminals. The magnetic element is disposed on the printed circuit board. The magnetic element includes at least one primary winding and plural secondary windings. The secondary side switching circuit includes a plurality of secondary switching units. Each secondary switching unit includes a plurality of switches connected in parallel. The switches of each secondary switching unit are evenly distributed on a first surface and a second surface of the printed circuit board. The switches of the secondary switching unit on the first surface and the second surface of the printed circuit board are at least partially overlapped with each other. The at least two groups of external terminals are disposed on the second surface of the printed circuit board, and electrically connected with the secondary side switching circuit.

Abstract: A case for receiving at least one electronic device is provided, including a housing, a hinge, a locking member, and a cover. Abstract: A power drive circuit includes a power conversion module, a plurality of gate drivers, a waveform processing unit, a control unit, a weighting unit, and a comparator. Each gate driver includes a drive resistance setting value. The waveform processing unit outputs a current absolute value waveform of an AC power. The weighting unit generates a trigger voltage. When the comparator determines that the current absolute value waveform is greater than the trigger voltage, the comparator outputs a slew rate control signal to each of the gate drivers. When the gate driver receives the slew rate control signal, each of the gate drivers decreases the drive resistance setting value of the gate driver.

Abstract: A contactless inspection apparatus of a heat pipe and a method thereof are provided. The disclosure controls an infrared heating module to heat a heat pipe to be inspected based on a heating parameter, and controls an infrared temperature measurement module to collect a measurement temperature data of the heat pipe. The disclosure monitors a temperature slope of the measurement temperature data during a heating procedure, calculates a score based on the temperature slope when the temperature slope is converged to a stop slope, and determines a quality of the heat pipe based on the score. The disclosure may inspect a conductive quality of the heat pipe.

Abstract: An insulation resistance detection circuit is coupled to a positive end and a negative end of a DC power source, and is used to detect a positive insulation resistance between the positive end and a ground point and detect a negative insulation resistance between the negative end and the ground point. A detection unit sets a first estimated resistance and a second estimated resistance, and acquires a first voltage based on turning on the switch and acquires a second voltage based on turning off the switch. The detection unit calculates a third voltage and a fourth voltage according to the first estimated resistance and the second estimated resistance so as to detect the positive insulation resistance and the negative insulation resistance when the third voltage is equal to the first voltage and the fourth voltage is equal to the second voltage.
