    摘要: A device for punching, stamping and/or shaping flat elements (29) includes a base body (1) with a table (18) and support (26) for the flat element (29), and a base plate (17), which supports a punch (24), and which is advanced with a drive (4,5) toward the support (26) and into a working station (II), bringing the punch (24) into contact with the support (26). A large number of successive, very short, highly precise, punching strokes make punched holes or stampings. Short stop periods and short clock times are used for fast moving flat elements (29). Transfer apparatus (9, 7; 35; 43; 46) coupled between the drive (4,5) and the base plate (17) move the base plate (17) without building up pressure from a position of rest (I) The punch (24) is not in contact with the support (26), up to immediately in front of working position (II). The base plate (17) is then moved into working position (II) while producing a high pressure between the base plate (17) and the flat element (29). During further operation of the drive (4,5), the base plate (17) is returned to the position of rest (I,II) without building up pressure.

    摘要: A press for translating a tool includes a first member, a second member and a plurality of retention members. The first member is drivingly coupled to an actuator. The first member is axially moveable between first and second positions in response to movement of the actuator. The first member includes a first end surface having a plurality of circumferentially spaced apart detents. The second member is threadably engaged with the first member. The first and second members define an assembly having a length. The retention members are positioned between the first and second members. Each retention member is biasedly engaged with one of the detents to provide resistance to relative rotation between the first and second members. The resistance to relative rotation may be overcome to adjust the length of the assembly.

    摘要: A cutting and shaping press comprises one or more drivers. The piston rod of the individual drive cylinder is connected to a hinged lever drive for a press ram. The drive cylinder is fixed on a bridge which connects two slide plates together. These slide plates are arranged inside the press ram and each have in the center a guide for a multiple pivot carrier. The press ram is open upwardly towards the drive cylinder and slide with its lateral surfaces, which are enclosed on all sides, along guides which are fitted in fixed positions on the inner sides of a press stand.

    摘要: The invention relates to an articulated lever press consisting of a press stand (1.1) and a frame-shaped press slide (2.1), the slide (2.1) possessing a hydraulic cylinder drive (2.12) which is arranged on it and is connected to the multi-articulated support (2.7) guided in the center of the press in the slide (2.1). At least two connecting rods (2.8) are movably arranged on the multi-articulated support, the other ends of the connecting rods each engaging one of the two articulated levers (2.10) or (2.11) which are mounted on the slide (2.1) and on the press frame (1.1) so that their height can be adjusted.The object is essentially to keep the working range of the slide (2.1) adjustable, irrespective of the slide travel and while maintaining slide guidance.It is proposed that the press stand (1.1) be a twin-stand frame partially closed even at the front end. The working range of the slide (2.1) in the stand (1.1) is supported and adjusted by synchronously driven shafts (2.2) which are coordinated with the stand (1.1) via guide beams (2.4) provided with shaft bearings (2.3).The guide beams (2.4) are provided on the lower surface with bearings (2.3.1) to permit the suspension of the pair of articulated levers (2.10/2.11) which are to be connected to the slides (2.1) and (2.9).

    摘要: A press for assembling a fastener or the like to a plate or the like comprises a frame and an anvil assembly carried by said frame. A toggle mechanism assembly is carried by the frame and includes two toggle links. A ram is operatively connectable to the toggle links. A first pneumatic cylinder and piston assembly holds the ram in a raised position. A first pneumatic switch terminates the flow of pressurized air to the first pneumatic cylinder, thereby permitting the ram to drop by gravity. A second pneumatic switch is activated after a sufficient drop of said piston to energize a second pneumatic cylinder and piston assembly for extending and retracting said toggle links, and thereby forcefully lower the ram to install the fastener or the like to a plate or the like.
