摘要: A dual-mode active rear-wheel steering device, including: a steering angle control motor, a speed-reduction mechanism, a differential mechanism assembly, two steering motion conversion mechanisms, a first electromagnetic clutch and a second electromagnetic clutch. An output end of the steering angle control motor is connected to the speed-reduction mechanism. The differential mechanism assembly is a bevel gear differential, in which center holes at outer ends a two half shafts are respectively provided with a raceway to form an inner cyclical ball-lead screw-nut pair with a first lead screw and a second lead screw of the steering motion conversion mechanisms. The first lead screw and the second lead screw are the same in parameters but with opposite rotation direction. The first electromagnetic clutch controls connection between a differential housing and a frame. The second electromagnetic clutch controls connection between the differential housing and the second half shaft.

摘要: An independent steering mechanism of controllable hydraulic locking type for left and right wheels is provided. The independent steering mechanism includes a power steering mechanism, a steering drive mechanism, a hydraulic locking mechanism and an electronic control unit. Power of the left and right steering motors flows through the worm, the worm gear, the gear to drive left and right racks to translate. Outer ends of the left and right racks are connected to left and right tie rods via spherical hinges respectively. Inner ends of the left and right racks are connected to a piston rod and a cylinder barrel via spherical hinges respectively. A left chamber and a right chamber in the hydraulic cylinder are connected to an oil reservoir via an electro-hydraulic valve. The left and right steering motor controllers for the left and right steering motor and the electro-hydraulic valve controller are communicated via CAN bus.

摘要: There is provided a steering control device that can control even when a systematic error has occurred. An update amount calculation processing circuit manipulates a control angle in accordance with an update amount in order to control steering torque, which is obtained by subjecting the magnitude of steering torque to a decrease correction by a threshold, to target torque through feedback control. The control angle is used to convert a current command value to a value in a fixed coordinate system or the like. The update amount is subjected to a guarding process in accordance with the steering torque by a torque-based guarding processing circuit, and determined as a final update amount for the control angle. The torque-based guarding processing circuit performs the guarding process on the update amount such that the update amount is in an allowable range that matches the steering torque.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a rotational angle detection apparatus and a power steering apparatus capable of detecting a rotational angle of a rotational shaft eve when a failure has occurred in a magnetic detection portion. One aspect of the present invention is a rotational angle detection apparatus including a first magnetic detection portion provided on a rotational axis and configured to detect a change in a magnitude or a direction of a magnetic field, and a second magnetic detection portion provided on the rotational axis and disposed at a position offset from the first magnetic detection portion in a direction along the rotational axis. The second magnetic detection portion is configured to detect the change in the magnitude or the direction of the magnetic field. The rotational angle detection apparatus further includes a magnet provided on an outer side in a radial direction of the rotational axis with respect to the first magnetic detection portion and the second magnetic detection portion and disposed in such a manner that an N-pole and an S-pole face each other around the rotational axis. The magnet is provided rotatably relative to the first magnetic detection portion and the second magnetic detection portion. The rotational angle detection apparatus is configured to detect a rotational angle of the magnet relative to the first magnetic detection portion and the second magnetic detection portion based on signals output from the first magnetic detection portion and the second magnetic detection portion.
