    摘要: A wheel drive module comprises wheel (R), speed modulation gearbox (G), first electric motor (M1), and second electric motor (M2). First and second electric motors (M1, M2) jointly drive wheel (R) about wheel axis (A) by the speed modulation gearbox (G) and steer said wheel about steering axis (L). Wheel drive module comprises first motor electronics (10) for controlling first electric motor (M1) and second motor electronics (20) for controlling second electric motor (M2) and central electronics (30) connected to first and second motor electronics (10, 20), allowing a signal transfer. Wheel drive module comprises control logic for controlling first and second electric motors (M1, M2), which logic is provided by first and second motor electronics (10, 20), central electronics (30), application electronics (40) connected to the central electronics (30), allowing a signal transfer, or jointly by the central electronics (30) and the first and second motor electronics (10, 20).

    摘要: A hub unit with a steering function includes: a hub bearing that rotatably supports a wheel; a cylindrical turning shaft section extending from an outer ring thereabove and thereunder with the outer ring being located at an outer peripheral surface of an outer race of the hub bearing; a steering actuator that causes the hub bearing to rotate about an axis of the turning shaft section; a unit support member that rotatably supports the hub bearing about the axis on a vehicle body; and an arm section projecting from the outer ring rearward of a vehicle, with the actuator being coupled to the arm section. The actuator includes: an extensible and retractable assembly capable of providing extension or retraction in a direction perpendicular to the axis; and the extensible and retractable assembly is coupled to the arm section through a joint assembly providing two or more directions of freedom.

When the steering motor rotates the wheel rod in one direction, the steering part is engaged with the receiving member so that the steering part and the cover part may be joined, and when the steering motor rotates the wheel rod in an opposite direction, the steering part is separated from the receiving member so that the steering part and the cover part may be disengaged.

    摘要: Disclosed is a shock absorption mechanism of a steering motor, comprising an upper cover buffering assembly (1), and an oil distributor (2) disposed below the upper cover buffering assembly (1), the oil distributor (2) being fitted with the upper cover buffering assembly (1) to form a sealed axial cavity (4). A cylinder assembly (5) is fixedly arranged below the oil distributor (2). The cylinder assembly (5) comprises a cylinder (51) opened at both ends, and an elastic oil bag (52) arranged in the cylinder (51) and having an opening at the upper end, the upper end of the elastic oil bag (52) being fixedly connected to an inner wall of the cylinder (51), and the upper end of the elastic oil bag (52) being in communication with the axial cavity (40). The cylinder (51) is further provided internally with a piston (53) axially sliding along the cylinder (51), the piston (53) being connected to the lower end of the elastic oil bag (52). The shock absorption mechanism for a steering motor overcomes the problem of member damage due to friction and the defect of susceptibility to temperature in a traditional hydraulic shock absorption system, so as to prolong the service life of the shock absorption mechanism.

    摘要: Disclosed is a double oil passage structure of a steering motor, comprising an upper cover buffering assembly (1) and an oil distributor (2), which are fitted with each other to form an axial cavity (4), wherein an oil flow passage (23), an oil inlet (22) and a hollow column (21) are provided in the oil distributor (2), the oil flow passage (23) being in communication with the axial cavity (4), and an inner wall of the hollow column (21) being provided with an oil flow port in communication with the oil flow passage (23); a directional control valve (3) including a valve core (31) is provided in the hollow column (21), and a first radial cavity is formed between the hollow column (21) and the directional control valve (3) and partitioned by a pin (7) into oil inlet and outlet cavities (24, 25) of the oil distributor which are respectively in communication with the oil inlet (22) and the axial cavity (4); a directional control valve oil flow passage (33) is provided on an upper part of a side wall of a valve cavity (32), and an oil flow hole (34) is provided in a lower part; an annular oil flow groove (35) is provided on an outer wall of the valve core (31), and is in communication with the oil inlet and outlet cavities (24, 25) of the oil distributor; and a second radial cavity (36) is formed by an outer wall of the lower end of the valve core (31) and a side wall of the lower part of the valve cavity (32), and the lower part of the valve cavity (32) is provided with an oil outlet (37) in communication with the second radial cavity (36). The above double oil passage structure partitions the oil passage into two independent branch oil passages, so as to reduce the occupied space and reduce the volume of the motor.
