    摘要: A hollow upper deck panel for a plastic pallet has a smooth solid top surface and is made by thermoforming heated upper and lower twin sheets of thermoplastics material. The lower sheet is vacuum-formed into a lower mold section to form parallel spaced inverted U-shaped elongated open ribs projecting upwardly and having top portions fused to the upper sheet. The upper sheet is vacuum-formed into an upper mold section which has extendable and retractable blades to form parallel spaced elongated closed double wall ribs projecting downwardly between the open ribs and have bottom portions fused to the lower sheet. The closed double wall ribs extend transversely or perpendicular to the open ribs, and the ribs reinforce the deck panel in all directions. Support structure for the upper deck panel is also formed of plastics material and defines spaces for receiving parallel spaced forks of a forklift truck.

    摘要: A foldably constructed force-resisting structure comprises a top member and a bottom member foldably constructed and assembled from one or more blanks of sheet material, preferably corrugated paperboard, initially in a flat condition. The top member includes a base panel and at least one side portion folded downwardly from the base panel. The bottom member includes a base panel and at least one side portion folded upwardly from the base panel. The top and bottom members are assembled in nested relation to define an interior of the force-resisting structure between the base panels, which are at least substantially parallel to one another. The force-resisting structure includes a vertical support rib structure in the interior defining an X-shaped or cross-shaped configuration. The support rib structure is foldably constructed from the top member base panel and/or the bottom member base panel and provides vertical support for a load disposed on the base panel of the top member.

    摘要: This invention relates to an improved pallet formed from a thermoplastic material of the polyolefin type, from two pieces, base and deck, that can be coupled to each other with fastening means there between; said base and deck provided with posts projecting from each in a direction towards the other and that can be coupled to each other, in order to form hollow columns; wherein the posts projecting from the base form the outer wall of a plurality of columns, and the posts projecting from the deck are located at the interior of said columns, forming the inner wall thereof and thus constituting a hollow passage between said outer and inner walls of the columns; said hollow space is filled up with a foamed material to provide a greater impact resistance and resistance to the disassembling under normal conditions of operation. The employment of the same material to form the pieces to be coupled and the reinforcement packing provides that said pallet can be integrally recycled without the need to separate the components thereof due to the nature of the material.

The enclosure base is placed on the pallet, and includes a lower base sheet and an upper base sheet. The lower base sheet forms a first pair of side flaps. The upper base sheet forms a second pair of side flaps. The enclosure box is placed on the enclosure base, and includes a top wall, a set of four side walls, and an open bottom. The four side walls of the enclosure box rest on the lower base sheet while surrounding the upper base sheet to position the first pair of opposed side flaps outside the enclosure box, and the second pair of opposed side flaps inside the enclosure box. The set of fasteners fastens the enclosure base to the enclosure box.
