    摘要: Alkanes, particularly propane and isobutane are converted to unsaturated aldehydes, particularly acrolein and methacrolein in an integrated two-step process wherein the alkane is dehydrogenated in a first step to the corresponding olefin, hydrogen, and by-products and the reaction effluent is passed directly into a second step where the olefin is oxidized to the corresponding unsaturated aldehyde without significant oxidation of the hydrogen and by-products. The aldehydes and by-products may be separated and the unreacted olefin and alkane recycled to the first step. Alternatively, the effluent from the second step may be used as feed to a further oxidation step for conversion of the unsaturated aldehyde to the corresponding unsaturated acid.

    摘要: A process for the decontamination of the distillation refinement residue from the process of oxidizing cyclohexane to KA oil is provided. The process comprises washing the distillation refinement residue with the crystallization by-product obtained in crystallizing adipic acid from the product stream of the process of oxidizing the KA oil with a strong acid. This crystallization residue comprises residual amounts of the strong acid and adipic acid, as well as substantial amounts of glutaric acid and succinic acid.

    摘要: An improved process for the preparation of cyclohexanone from benzene. Benzene is hydrogenated in a gaseous phase in a hydrogenation zone to form cyclohexane; cyclohexane is oxidized in a liquid phase to form a mixture containing cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone; and cyclohexanone is separated from this mixture and is catalytically dehydrogenated to form cyclohexanone and a hydrogen containing gas. The resulting hydrogen containing gas is introduced into a washing zone wherein it is washed with cyclohexane or benzene and the hydrogen gas thus purified is fed into the hydrogenation zone.
