Abstract:
The sliding door comprises a rail (10) with a door leaf guided thereon by way of a running device (13). The path of the door leaf is limited by a limiting device (15). The limiting device (15) forms an arm (31) together with an elongated coupler (30), said arm running parallel to the rail (10) and comprising a coupling part (32) for gripping together with the gripper part (17) of the damper (20). The coupling part (32) stands out laterally from the flat arm (31) so that no height adjustment of the coupling part or the gripper part is required when the height of the door leaf (12) changes.
Abstract:
A damping device for furniture doors includes a damping cylinder longitudinally displaceably mounted in a recess of a damper housing including a cylinder housing and a piston rod and forming a stop for the furniture door. The cylinder housing is longitudinally displaceably mounted in the recess of the damper housing, the recess being formed as a hole, the end thereof protruding out of the damper housing forming a stop for the furniture door. The adjusting screw forms an axial counterbearing for the piston rod. The inner diameter of an internal thread receiving the adjusting screw is at least equal to the inner diameter of the hole receiving the cylinder housing. The end of the piston rod is received in a centric hole of the adjusting screw
Abstract:
A locking device for locking a displaceable motor vehicle part which is lockable by the means of the locking device within a displacement range in a respective rest position reached by displacement is provided. The locking device comprising a braking device with at least two braking elements which interacts in a braking manner in a respective rest position of the motor vehicle part in order to lock the motor vehicle part. An actuator is assigned to the locking device, which is optionally combinable with the braking device and with which a displacement movement of the motor vehicle part is brakable for locking the motor vehicle part. The actuator is operatively connected independently on the braking device with a component which can be moved by displacement of a motor vehicle part so that a displacement movement of the displaceable motor vehicle part is brakable by the action of an actuator on the component.
Abstract:
A retraction mechanism includes a striker provided in either a fixed body or a movable body which is movably supported by the fixed body; a catcher provided in the other body and engaging the striker at a predetermined moved position of the movable body to be capable of engaging and disengaging; and an urging device enabling to accumulate urging forces in a moving process of the movable body. The retraction mechanism retracts the movable body by the urging forces accumulated in the urging device in a state wherein the striker and the catcher are engaged. The retraction mechanism includes a guide device controlling a relative position between the striker and the catcher, and when the striker and the catcher change the relative position, the change thereof is absorbed by the guide device, so that the engagement becomes possible.
Abstract:
Illumination device (20) for box-like or chest-like items of furniture having a body, which is provided with at least one door or flap, which can be pivoted between a closed position and an open position in relation to the body or a withdrawable part, for example a drawer or the like, which can be displaced between a closed position in which it is pushed into the body and an open position in which it is withdrawn from the body. The illumination device (20) has a holder, which can be connected to an electrical current source, for an illumination means (40), wherein a switch, which interrupts or opens the electrical connection in the event of a predetermined position of the door or flap or withdrawable part in relation to the body, is provided in the electrical connection between the current source and the illuminations means. The holder for the illumination means (40) has an adapter (32) having an adapter housing (34) which can be mounted in the body and in which a spring-prestressed pressure piece (36), which can be displaced between two separate positions and is in direct or indirect operative connection with the switch, is arranged. The adapter housing (34) is provided on one of the furniture fittings holding the door or flap or the withdrawable part movably on or in the body.
Abstract:
In a rotary damper 1 including a cam surface 3f formed in a lower end surface of a large-diameter portion 3b of a rotor 3 and including a cam surface 4f formed in an upper end surface of a piston 4, the cam surface 4f being capable of contacting the cam surface 3f, the cam surfaces 3f, 4f pressed to contact each other by a coil spring 9 biasing the piston 4, the piston 4 is prohibited from being moved toward the large-diameter portion 3b beyond a predetermined second position. Coil spring 9 does not rotationally bias the piston 4. The coil spring 9 biases the piston 4 only such that the piston 4 approaches the large-diameter portion 3b.
Abstract:
A hinge, particularly for movable pieces of furniture, having at least two stop parts connected in an articulated manner, which is to say a hinge arm and a hinge cup, for fastening to pieces of furniture, having a damping device for damping the hinge movement, and having a restoring mechanism, by which an actuating element of the damping device can be moved into a starting position for the next damping stroke after damping has taken place, the damping device and the restoring mechanism being disposed as separate components on the hinge cup, characterized in that the damping device, which has no restoring mechanism, is disposed on a lateral wall of the hinge cup, and that the restoring mechanism is disposed on an opposing lateral wall of the hinge cup.
Abstract:
A damping device for movable furniture parts includes a base, a movable member defining a path, a housing movably connected to the path and including a space and an opening which communicates with the space, a damper located in the space and including a cylinder and a piston rod which has one end inserted into the cylinder and the other end of the piston rod extends from the cylinder, a first threaded member connected to the cylinder including, a second threaded member connected to the first threaded member and located corresponding to the opening of the housing, an adjustment member movably connected between the base and the movable member. When rotating the second threaded member, a distance between the housing and the movable member is adjusted. When the adjustment member is adjusted, the relative distance between the base and the movable member is adjusted.

The device for decelerating at least the closing rotation of a furniture hinge, comprises a container housing a first rotating friction element in contact at a first friction surface with the bottom of the container, a second fixed friction element overlapped to the first rotating friction element with which it is in contact at a second friction surface, and at least a third rotating friction element overlapped to the second fixed friction element with which it is in contact with at least a third friction surface, constraint means between the first friction element and the third friction element, a slider moveable along a direction of transition at least during the closing rotation and kinematic means for the conversion of the transition of the slider into a rotation of the first and third friction element in such a manner as to create a dragging friction at the first, second and third friction surface.
Abstract:
Furniture hinge with damping and/or braking device in alternative to those already existing and capable of guaranteeing an improved efficiency during the closing or opening operation of the doors, or other furniture parts, thanks to an improvement of the characteristics of rigidity and, simultaneously, elasticity of the means for transmitting motion from one of the rockers to the damping elements. The improved efficiency of this hinge is also obtained by increasing the friction surfaces with a viscous medium present in suitable areas of the hinge and by allowing regulation of the trend of the angular velocity of a circular shaped element, for example a disc, which acts as braking element in contact with the viscous medium.
