    摘要: The present invention is realized by apparatus and methods for harvesting, storing, and generating energy by permanently placing a large rigid buoyant platform high in the earth's atmosphere, above clouds, moisture, dust, and wind. Long, strong and light tethers can connect the buoyant structure to the ground which can hold it in position against wind forces. Weights suspended from the buoyant platform with cables are raised and lowered by electric winches to store and release gravitational potential energy. High voltage transmission lines electrically connect the platform to the earth's surface. Electrical energy from the high voltage transmission lines or from photovoltaic arrays on the platform can be stored as gravitational potential energy and subsequently released as electricity from generators driven from the stored gravitational potential energy and used on the platform or transmitted via the high voltage transmission lines.

A method for commissioning a photovoltaic (PV) system may include obtaining data describing an arrangement of two or more components of the PV system; performing a test of the PV system, wherein performing the test includes determining whether the PV system complies with at least one PV system criterion based, at least in part, on at least a portion of the data describing the arrangement of the two or more components of the PV system; and in response to determining that the PV system complies with the at least one PV system criterion, activating the PV system and/or notifying a user of the PV system that the PV system complies with the at least one PV system criterion. The method may further include sending information associated with the PV system to a regulatory entity and/or an operator of an electrical grid.

In the method, a prediction about an energy yield of the energy-generating system is made for a predefined prediction time period, and a predefined area, using a learning system with an input vector and an output vector. The output vector includes operating variables for a multiplicity of successive future times of the time period. The input vector includes variables, influencing the operating variables, for a point in time from a multiplicity of points in time of a predefined observation time period. The input variables include at least three items of information for the observation time period and the predefined area. The energy-generating system is controlled on the basis of the generated prediction such that weather-conditioned fluctuations in the energy yield of the energy-generating system are reduced.
