摘要: Disclosed are a method and a circuit for impedance matching. The method comprises: a peripheral impedance detection module detecting an impedance of a subscriber telephone and outputting information about the impedance of the subscriber telephone; an analog switch switching module providing an impedance matching path between the impedance of the subscriber telephone and an impedance matching module according to the information about the impedance of the subscriber telephone output by the peripheral impedance detection module; the impedance matching module providing a corresponding impedance through the impedance matching path provided by the analog switch switching module to match to said impedance of the subscriber telephone. By the present invention, the impedance matching is achieved when a wireless access box communicates with telephones with various impedance modes. The matching process is flexible, automatic, and does not need manual configuration, and the technology is simple, reliable, and of low cost.

摘要: A subscriber line interface circuit apparatus includes a linefeed circuit and a subscriber line control circuit (SLCC). In an embodiment, the linefeed circuit includes a signal conversion circuit which provides a differential mode signal and a common mode signal in response to at least the tip signal and the ring signal from the subscriber loop. The linefeed circuit includes a tip control circuit and a ring control circuit. In an embodiment, the SLCC is provided in a single integrated circuit chip and is coupled to the linefeed circuit which isolates the SLCC from the tip or ring signals. The SLCC includes a first and a second differential mode inputs for receiving the differential mode signal, and a common-mode input for receiving the common-mode signal. In an embodiment, the SLCC also provides various tip and ring control signals to the tip control circuit and the ring control circuit, respectively.

摘要: An isolation system is provided that is suitable for use in telephony, medical instrumentation, industrial process control and other applications. Preferred embodiments of the invention comprise a capacitive isolation barrier across which a digital signal is communicated. The system provides a means of communication across the isolation barrier that is highly immune to amplitude and phase noise interference. Clock recovery circuitry may be employed on one side of the isolation barrier to extract timing information from the digital signal communicated across the barrier, and to filter the effects of phase noise introduced at the barrier. Delta-sigma converters may be disposed on both sides of the isolation barrier to convert signals between analog and digital domains. An isolated power supply may also be provided on the isolated side of the barrier, whereby direct current is generated in response to the digital data received across the isolation barrier. Finally, a bidirectional isolation system is provided whereby bidirectional communication of digital signals is accomplished using a single pair of isolation capacitors. In preferred embodiments, the digital data communicated across the barrier consists of digital delta-sigma data signals multiplexed in time with other digital control, signaling and framing information.

摘要: An apparatus for ring-back constriction is provided. The apparatus includes a comparator, a termination controller, a termination variable resistor, a constriction controller, and a constriction variable resistor. The comparator is coupled to the transmission line, for comparing the line signal with a reference voltage, and accordingly outputting a comparison signal. The termination controller is coupled to the comparator, for outputting a termination control signal to adjust the resistance of the termination variable resistor. The constriction controller is coupled to the comparator for outputting a constriction signal to adjust the resistance of the constriction variable resistor. The ring-back effect is constricted due to impedance matchtermination voltage when an undershot occurs.
