    摘要: A camshaft assembly includes a base shaft extending along a longitudinal axis. The base shaft is configured to rotate about the longitudinal axis. The camshaft assembly further includes a series of lobe packs mounted on the base shaft. The lobe pack includes a first cam lobe, a second cam lobe, and a third cam lobe. The lobe pack further includes a barrel cam defining a control groove. The camshaft assembly further includes an actuator including an actuator body and at least one pin movably coupled to the actuator body. The lobe pack is configured to move axially relative to the base shaft between a first position, a second position, and a third position. These three lobe pack positions are used to define three discrete valve lift profiles for the intake or exhaust valves in the cylinder. The lift profiles can be different for each engine valve.

The functional element may be fixed to the shaft in a seat portion of the shaft. The camshaft module may include a bearing arrangement in which at least one bearing portion of the shaft is mounted. The shaft may include at least one adjusting portion axially adjacent to the at least one seat portion. The adjusting portion may have a first outer diameter smaller than a second outer diameter of the seat portion. The functional element opening may have an inner diameter smaller than the second outer diameter of the seat portion and larger than the first outer diameter of the adjusting portion such that a press fit fixing is realized between the functional element and the seat portion of the shaft.

The pivot joint (24) defines a restrained point (26a, 26b) associated with the housing (16) radially spaced from an axis of rotation of the rotor (18) preventing rotation of the housing (16) about the axis of rotation of the rotor (18), while allowing angular displacement of the housing (16) about the restrained point (26a, 26b) permitting the housing (16) to match an angle of the rotor (18) to prevent binding between the housing (16) and the rotor (18).

    摘要: A method for producing a camshaft module and a camshaft module are provided. The camshaft module includes a camshaft and a bearing frame having bearing devices with cut-outs. The camshaft includes a shaft and cams having cut-outs. The shaft has at least two different outside diameters. At least some of the cams and/or some of the bearing devices have cut-outs of differing diameters. The bearing frame is supported during shaft insertion to be movable along a movement axis during production of the camshaft module and to be substantially rigid along an insertion direction of the shaft. The shaft is inserted into the bearing frame in the insertion direction in such a way that interference fit is obtained in each case at least between the shaft and at least some of the cams. A predefined target distance between two elements such as a gear located outside of the bearing frame and a cam or bearing device located inside of the bearing frame adjacent to the element outside of the bearing frame may be obtained by partially inserting the shaft, determining a distance between the two elements, and applying an insertion force to the shaft based on the determined distance to advance the shaft to result in setting the distance between the two elements to the target distance.
