摘要: An object is to provide a cellulose acetate remarkably good in hue even when a low-quality pulp is used.
A method for producing the cellulose acetate includes a step (1) of crushing a wood pulp, a step (2) of bringing the crushed wood pulp into contact with acetic acid to subject the pulp to pretreat the wood pulp, a step (3) of causing the wood pulp to react with acetic anhydride after the pretreatment to acetylate the pulp, a step (4) of hydrolyzing the cellulose acetate, which is yielded by the acetylation, and a step (5) of precipitating the cellulose acetate, an acetylation degree of which is adjusted by the hydrolysis. In the hydrolyzing step (4), in a hydrolysis reaction system, a concentration of oxygen is set to 3% or less.-

摘要: A method is used to prepare silver nanoparticles in the form of a silver nanoparticle cellulosic polymeric composite. A cellulosic polymer, organic solvent having a boiling point at atmospheric pressure of 100° C. to 500° C. and a Hansen parameter (δTPolymer) equal to or greater than that of the cellulosic polymer, and a nitrogenous base are mixed to form a premix solution. Upon heating the premix solution to a temperature of at least 75° C., a solution of reducible silver ions is added that is equimolar or less in relation to the nitrogenous base. The weight ratio of reducible silver ions to the cellulosic polymer is 5:1 to 50:1. The resulting silver nanoparticle composite is cooled, isolated, and re-dispersed in an organic solvent, providing a non-aqueous silver-containing dispersion comprising the silver nanoparticle cellulosic polymeric composite.

摘要: The invention relates to the separation of manure in fractions and the treatment of said fractions in order to retrieve useful components to produce manure-derived bioplastic and other manure-derived bioproducts. The invention further relates to a method for producing composite (bio)plastic, and to a method for producing fibre from regenerated manure-derived cellulose. The methods include the steps of: flocculation treatment and a filtration treatment; pulping the manure-derived solid fractions; acetylation of the manure-derived dissolving-grade cellulose pulp with acetic anhydride and a catalyst; extracting fermentable components from the different fractions of the manure to produce monocarboxylic acids for use in the monocarboxylic acid carrier solution. Furthermore methods are disclosed for forming composite bioplastics with resin binding agents; and for spinning yarn from cellulose pulp.

摘要: A process for producing porous cellulose beads of the present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: a) mixing an alkali aqueous solution and cellulose to prepare cellulose micro dispersion at low temperature, b) adding water to the cellulose micro dispersion to prepare cellulose slurry, and d) bringing the cellulose slurry into contact with coagulation solvent. A carrier for ligand immobilization of the present invention is characterized by being by shrinking polysaccharide porous beads not less than 10% by a shrinkage rate defined by the following formula, and crosslinking the polysaccharide porous beads: Shrinkage rate (%)=(1−V2/V1)×100 (wherein, V1 indicates the gel volume of polysaccharide porous beads before shrinkage, and V2 indicates the gel volume of polysaccharide porous beads after shrinkage).
