    摘要: A telescopic shaft comprises an inner shaft, an outer shaft, which defines a tube and surrounds a part of the inner shaft and which is movable in the axial direction in relation to the inner shaft, two ball tracks arranged in the inner shaft, and balls arranged in the ball tracks. Each one of the ball tracks comprises an outer ball track portion, which is partially open so that the balls are arranged to roll between the outer ball track portion and the inside of the outer shaft. The telescopic shaft comprises at least one movable ball track member and a spring member which is arranged to press the movable ball track member and the balls arranged in the ball track member against the inside of the outer shaft in order to pretension the telescopic shaft.

    摘要: A longitudinal displacement unit includes a first shaft element including an outer face having a plurality of first grooves and a second shaft element having a through-bore that receives the first shaft element. The second shaft element has a plurality of second grooves opposite the first plurality of grooves. A sleeve-shaped cage is disposed between the first shaft element and the second shaft element for guiding rolling contact members that engage the first plurality of grooves and the second plurality of grooves. The cage is provided with through-apertures that are circumferentially distributed, extend parallel to the longitudinal axis, and include longitudinal ends. Pressure springs are disposed within the through-apertures and are loaded between the longitudinal ends thereof. At least one stop is associated with one of the shaft elements, against which the pressure springs abut after having passed through a free displacement path of the cage between the two shaft elements, which free displacement path is not loaded by the pressure springs.

    摘要: A telescoping steering column assembly includes lower and upper jackets having inner and outer surfaces, respectively, disposed with respect to one another in telescoping relationship. The telescoping steering column assembly includes a linear bushing disposed between the inner surface of the upper jacket and the outer surface of the lower jacket, that includes a plurality of convolutions disposed axially in side-by-side relationship as viewed in cross-section to provide outer and inner load bearing surfaces to engage the upper and lower jackets and to provide radial walls for flexing to maintain the bearing surfaces in engagement with the jackets to allow the bushing to radially expand and contract. The present invention provides the length-wise grooves formed by the convolutions to allow for reservoirs for lubricant solution to help reduce friction between the jackets, wherein the convolutions are elastically deformed to adapt to the annual clearance between the jackets.

A working tool, connected to the second end of the telescopic rod, is driven by the drive motor. The telescopic rod includes an outer tube and an inner tube inserted with an inner end into the outer tube and displacable in the longitudinal direction of the telescopic rod. A first clamping member is connected to the first end of the outer tube for fixing the axial position of the inner tube. The inner tube has an outer mantle surface and the outer tube has an inner circumferential surface. The outer mantle surface is spaced at a radial distance from the inner circumferential surface. A first cylindrical bearing body is supported on the inner end of the inner tube. The first bearing body is displacably supported in the outer tube. The first clamping member has an inner circumferential guide surface matching the outer mantle surface of the inner tube such that the inner tube is secured coaxially relative to the outer tube by the first clamping member and the first bearing body.

One cage yoke includes radially directed extensions which extend into a borehole in the bolt or the sleeve.
